Each line below is a term published by MrQ, followed by what it does to the value of the offer. Nothing here is an estimate of what you will win — it is the arithmetic the terms impose before anything can be withdrawn.

• Wagering requirement. Without it there is no way to know how much turnover the bonus demands before anything becomes withdrawable.
• Maximum bet while wagering. This is the clause that most often voids winnings, and it is the one a player is most likely to breach by accident.
• Cash-out cap. A cap turns any outcome into a fixed maximum, so it decides what the offer is worth far more than the headline does.
• Expiry. The window divided into the turnover gives the daily volume the offer requires, which is what makes an offer clearable or not.
• Game weighting and exclusions. A game weighted at 10% multiplies the required turnover tenfold, and an excluded game contributes nothing at all.
