MrQ asks for a deposit and nothing else. The only qualifying act in the terms is "a successful first deposit to the minimum value of £10"; nothing has to be staked before the 100 free spins on Big Bass Splash appear, and the terms say they are added to the account immediately and are available as soon as the game is launched. The offer's terms put no condition on what happens to that £10 afterwards. They also do not say whether it can be withdrawn before the spins are used, which is left to the site's general terms.

The sentence that makes the offer simple also starts its clock. The spins must be used "within 48 hours of qualifying", and qualifying is the deposit itself, so the 48 hours run from the moment the money arrives and not from the first spin. Whatever is left when they end is removed from the account. Nothing in the terms extends that window or pauses it.

The size of the spins is stated outright. The maximum stake per free spin is 10p, and the offer page does the multiplication itself, calling the total "£10 of pure playtime on the house". The ways to lose the offer that the page does state concern eligibility and time. Customers based in Northern Ireland are excluded. Only a first deposit counts, and the page answers its own question about claiming more than once: a customer can receive the free spins welcome offer a single time. The 48-hour window is the practical risk. A deposit made in passing starts a countdown that has finished by the third day, and unused spins do not carry over.

What is not published sits at the edges, and the edges are where the ceiling of a no-wagering offer is decided. A further clause does not obviously fit a public page: the offer "applies to those customers who are the intended recipient of this communication only". The terms carry an effective date of 27/10/2025 and reserve the right to change the offer for anyone registering after a change.

None of those gaps contradicts the headline. They mark the line between what the offer page commits to in its own terms, which is the deposit, the stake per spin and the 48 hours, and what MrQ says elsewhere on its site, which is that nothing is capped.

That conflict clause deserves a plainer statement than the page gives it, because the document it points to can now be quoted. The offer's terms end by saying that where they conflict with any other terms, the General Terms and Conditions apply, and the general terms say the same from their side: where promotion-specific terms conflict with them, "these general terms and conditions will take precedence". They also state that "all prizes and/or winnings from our promotions are paid in cash", are "not subject to wagering requirements" and may be withdrawn at any time provided they meet the minimum withdrawal amount of £10.00. A search of the general terms finds no cap on promotional winnings, which fits the promotions card, although the statement that nothing is capped is still made on the card and not in the legal text.

The absence of a wagering requirement is worth placing against the rest of the market we have read rather than treated as remarkable on its own. Of the 23 welcome offers in this catalogue whose terms we have read in full, 13 attach no wagering to what the offer pays out — it is the majority position among British operators at the entry level, not an outlier. Where the offers differ sharply is the ceiling. Only 6 of the 23, this one among them, state in the record we hold that there is no cap on winnings; 7 name a cap in figures; and 10 publish nothing on the subject either way. One of those 13 no-wagering offers caps the winnings all the same, which is the combination most likely to surprise someone who treats "no wagering" as the end of the small print.

Read that way, MrQ's offer is unusual in what it says rather than in what it gives. The deposit is the only qualifying act, the spins have a stated face value, the winnings go to the real money balance, and the operator commits on the record to not capping them. What it keeps is the shortest clock of the mechanics on this page: the window runs from the deposit rather than the first spin, and it does not pause.

The licensee is named in the footer rather than in the offer: Tek Fox Ltd, under Gambling Commission account number 60629. That matters for an offer with no wagering because the only enforceable promises here are the operator's own, and the entry in the public register is what ties them to a company. The minimum withdrawal matters more here than at most operators. It is £10.00, and a real-money balance below it can be taken in full only by contacting support. The 100 spins are worth 10p each at their stated stake, so an offer built on a £10 deposit and £10 of spins can leave a balance that sits near or under the minimum. The funding rules go further than the name on a card. Closure is handled with few constraints. The operator may close an account "at any time" and "do not need to give you prior notice", and may do so without notice where a complaint or dispute is under investigation, where it holds "suspicion or uncertainty of account ownership", where it finds the player has difficulty with creditors, or where it has "concerns regarding your financial vulnerability". Where the balance remaining on closure is £0.99 or less it is deducted as an administration fee. Against that, MrQ states that it applies no inactivity or dormancy fees and that a balance simply stays on the account.

Chargebacks have a section of their own. Raising one is a breach of the terms; the account is suspended, any pending withdrawal or balance may be withheld, and the operator may take legal proceedings and recover its expenses. Even if a chargeback is decided in the operator's favour it "may refuse to reopen your Account, void all transactions on your Account and freeze the funds". A customer who says they intend to raise a chargeback may have the account restricted or closed until the operator understands their intentions.

The promotions section lists the actions the operator takes against abuse as revoking winnings, excluding from marketing and suspending accounts, and names the behaviours: more than 1 account, equal, zero or low margin bets, wagering on excluded games, collusion, bots, "masking IP address or using a VPN", and attempting to use a promotion that was not sent to the player. It adds that large wins may be subject to security checks by the game provider and "will not be released until we receive confirmation", and that in a promotion malfunction the operator may recoup winnings accrued from the error.

Complaints go in writing to the support address, with acknowledgement aimed at within 24 hours and resolution within 8 weeks, after which the player can refer the matter to IBAS, provided the internal process has been followed and a deadlock exists.
