What to do when a licensed casino goes wrong

The complaints route exists precisely so that "they stopped answering" is not the end of the story. Work through it in order, and keep every screenshot with a visible date.

• Raise a formal complaint with the operator in writing, not in live chat, and ask for a reference number.
