Lucky VIP
We publish a welcome offer only after reading its full terms on the operator's own UK page on a recorded date. We have not managed that for Lucky VIP yet, so there is no figure to quote and no link to follow — the rest of the review stands on the licence, the register and the documents we could read.

Pros
Cons
Wagering on the £40 bonus: two readings of "x10", and a £100 ceiling
Lucky VIP leads with a match offer rather than spins. The promotions banner reads "KICKSTART YOUR PLAY WITH A £40 BONUS", and the fine print says: "New players only. Min Dep £20, excl. Paypal & Paysafe. £40 bonus (x10 wager) on selected games. Max win £100." In plain terms, a £20 first deposit by card, Apple Pay or bank transfer earns £40 of bonus money that can only be played on a list of games the banner does not name.
The multiplier is at the light end, and that is worth saying first: offers in this catalogue with terms we have read run from no wagering at all to 50 times, with 35 and 40 times still common. What the banner leaves open is the base. Ten times £40 is £400 of play. Ten times the deposit and bonus together is £600. Grosvenor, a sister brand on the same licence, uses the second basis in its published rules, so the question is not academic. The full rules sit behind a "More Info" link we did not capture, and we will not pick a reading for you.
The cap is the term that shapes the offer most. "Max win £100" on a £40 bonus means the best result the promotion can produce is £100 of convertible winnings, whatever the reels do. On the £400 reading, clearing the requirement on slots returning around 96% costs roughly £16 in expectation, which leaves some room under a £100 ceiling. On the £600 reading the expected cost rises to around £24. Neither is a disaster; both are smaller than the "£40 bonus" headline suggests. Our wagering calculator will do the sum once you know the base.
One more oddity: the about page still describes the welcome offer as "a £20 Bonus on selected games on your first deposit up to £20". That is half the current bonus. The promotions page is the one to trust, and the mismatch is one of several signs, set out below, that parts of this site have not been revisited in a while. Because the full rules were not captured, the bonus criteria stay outside the score for this review.
Offers after sign-up: a 1x daily boost, the Luxe Wheel and network prize pools
The recurring offers are where Lucky VIP is kinder than its Rank sister Rialto. The "Daily Slot Boost" runs until 27 September 2026 on these terms: "Opt in once. Min stake £10 on selected slot games. Max daily reward 5 Free Spins. 1x Wagering. Max Wins 5x." One-times wagering on spin winnings is close to no wagering at all. The cap of five times the spin value keeps the prize small, which is the trade.
The "Luxe Wheel" is a free daily spin, open from 8:00 to 23:59, for "Eligible players". The page says prizes can be cash, free spins, bonuses or draw tickets for up to £100, and that "Prize values, games and wagering vary", with non-cash prizes valid for 24 hours. Whether you are eligible is decided by the operator, not stated in advance.
Two campaigns are network-wide rather than Lucky VIP's own. "Drops & Wins" advertises "£25 MILLION TO BE WON" across daily tournaments and a weekly wheel, marked "Network Promo" with rewards capped at £3k and an end date of 3 March 2027. "Rewards Burst" offers a share of £5 million in prize drops, minimum bet £0.10, until 20 August 2027. Prize pools of that size are split across every site and every player that joins, so the headline figure says little about what one account might win.
Promo codes are mentioned as a channel of their own: the page says Lucky VIP "just dispatched a wave of promo codes for some carefully selected players". Targeted offers of that kind are normal, and each will carry its own terms. The general terms add a rule that bites when offers stack: where more than one bonus is active, their wagering targets and expiry dates may be merged into one.
Lobby size at Lucky VIP: "100s", "300+" or "600+", depending on the page
Ask Lucky VIP how many games it has and you get three answers. The about page says "100s of casino games" and, two sentences later, "300+ fantastic slots, table games and roulette wheels". The homepage, read the same day, says members "get to enjoy over 600+ slots online". The same about page calls Lucky VIP "the brand new online casino site", while the slots page says "Since its launch in 2016, Lucky VIP Casino has constantly updated its selection".
None of that is a warning about the games themselves, but it tells you the descriptive copy is not maintained alongside the lobby. Our library criterion uses the operator's own published figure, and the homepage's 600+ clears the 500-title step. The about page, captured on the same day, says half that. We have not counted the tiles.
The lobby rows we captured are more informative than the copy. There is an "Exclusive Release" shelf headed by Kong’s Kingdom, a Pragmatic Play row, a "Studio Spotlight: Eyecon" row, Slingo, Scratch and Arcade, Megaways, Classics, a Double Bubble series and a Jackpot Hunt. The copy adds that the exclusive games come from DaGaCube, that Megaways is a Big Time Gaming mechanic, and that Red Tiger's Must Drop jackpots are on site, with daily jackpots that "trigger the prize at least once per day".
The progressive titles named are the familiar network ones: Cleopatra Mega Jackpots, Wheel of Fortune Mega Jackpots and Fluffy Favourites Mega Jackpots. Slingo gets its own section, naming Slingo Carnival, Slingo Rainbow Riches and Slingo Berserk.
The slots FAQ mentions return to player and variance as things to weigh when choosing a game, then gives no figure for any title. That is zero on our transparency criterion. We did not test whether games run in demo mode here, so that criterion stays out of the score.
Live tables by name: 21 live tiles, five carrying the Evolution label
The live lobby's text credits "NetEnt, Microgaming and International Game Technology (IGT)", the same stock paragraph used on other Rank brands. The game tiles on the captured page say otherwise. Of 27 named tiles, 21 are live tables, and five carry an explicit Evolution label: Live Auto-Roulette, Live Auto-Roulette VIP, Live Blackjack Classic, Live Blackjack Diamond VIP and Live XXXTreme Lightning Roulette.
Among the other live tiles are Immersive Roulette, Speed Auto Roulette, Fortune Roulette, Lightning Sic Bo and Super Sic Bo, Mega Wheel, Marble Race, Treasure Island, Funky Time and Bet Stacker Blackjack. Sic Bo gets its own shelf alongside baccarat, which not every UK lobby bothers with. The six tiles without "Live" in the name, including Gates of Olympus Roulette and The Bingo Spot, are not labelled either way, and we have not counted them as live.
The stake ranges printed on the tiles run from a 10p–£10 game show up to a roulette table at £75,000. Blackjack is where the spread is widest: one table runs from 10p to £50, another from £20 to £500, and one opens at £1,000 with a £2,500 ceiling — a high-roller seat that a casual player will not want to sit at by mistake.
Twenty-one live tables from one named studio keeps our live-dealer criterion at two points of four. The count is a floor, because the full lobby lists more only after login, and the stake figures come from the page rather than from play.
Withdrawal rules at Lucky VIP: fast-payment claims, net deposits and ID before cash-out
The cashier page is identical in structure to its sister sites, which is useful in one way: nothing about Lucky VIP's banking is unusual. Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay and Instant Bank Transfer take deposits and pay out; Paysafecard only deposits. Each method shows a £10.00 minimum in both directions and accepts sterling or euro. Transactions appear on a statement as "LUCKYVIP".
The page says most withdrawals reach the bank within 15 minutes where the bank or PayPal supports Fast Withdrawals, and that card payouts outside that scheme take one to three working days. Treat both as the casino's own description. We have not requested a payout, so the payout-time criterion is not assessed.
Three rules decide where and when money moves. Winnings go back to the deposit method, and where several were used, to "the method with the highest net deposits value". Payment providers such as PayPal may impose their own limits, and the terms tell you to contact customer services to withdraw more than those allow. And no withdrawal is possible until the operator has "successfully completed our initial Verification Checks".
The slots page's own FAQ puts verification even earlier in the journey: "First, you’ll need to register and verify your identity. Once you’re all set, you simply need to make a deposit". The terms do not require that order, but it is the right one. The document list in the terms runs from passport, driving licence and national identity card to a bank statement or utility bill under three months old. Have one of each ready before the first deposit and the verification step stops being a delay.
Section 13.1 of the terms rules out withdrawal fees on the operator's side. Your own bank's charges are, as ever, outside it.
A less obvious rule concerns changing cards. Section 12.6 lets you remove a payment method only once the net deposit across all your methods is zero or less. If a card with deposits still counted against it is lost or replaced, the terms send you to customer services for security checks, and may ask for proof that the old card is no longer active before it can be taken off the account.
Licensee and sister sites: one company, twelve domains, one account per brand
Lucky VIP is one of twelve domains that the Gambling Commission register lists against Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited, account 57924. The footer prints the same number and the company's Gibraltar registration, 120385; the two match, checked 16 October 2026. The entry holds five active licences, the oldest from 11 March 2022, and that company is not itself named in the Commission's feed. The site is a different matter: luckyvip.com is named in the Commission's case against Daub Alderney of 1 September 2021, a £5.85m penalty, which fell on the operator that held this brand before Rank. Our mirror reaches back to March 2021, so that case is inside it and anything earlier is outside.
For a player the shared company has three practical consequences. First, the terms allow "one account per customer per Brand", so you can hold a Lucky VIP account alongside a Magical Vegas or Rialto one, and each is a separate contract with separate limits. Second, a self-exclusion does not stay separate: Lucky VIP's safer-gambling page says it "will apply to all accounts operated by Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited", and the terms agree. Rialto's page names a different company for the same rule; Lucky VIP's gets it right.
Third, the terms bar anyone who has "previously had an account with us which we closed". If one Rank brand closes your account, expect the others to be closed to you as well.
Customer balances are held in a designated account separate from the company's own, at what the Commission calls the medium level of protection, and the terms name IBAS for British players whose complaint is not resolved internally.
Support and safer gambling at Lucky VIP: a portal without contacts, and limits you set per site
The help portal we captured offers a search box and five categories — Managing Your Account, Payments, Promotions, Slots & Live Casino and Safer Gambling — plus a link to a blog. It shows no chat button, e-mail address or phone number for Lucky VIP. The only places chat, e-mail or telephone appear on the pages we read are a clause saying bets may not be placed "by telephone, email, post or fax" and the live lobby's mention of chatting with dealers. Neither is a support channel. Timed contacts, which the other support criteria need, are not something we have made.
The safer-gambling page is fuller. A net deposit limit is set from the "My Limits" tab in the cashier, daily, weekly or monthly, and the page gives a worked example: deposit £20, withdraw £15, and your net deposit is £5. Game session reminders count each game from opening to closing. Take a Break runs from 24 hours to six weeks and locks only this site. Self-exclusion runs from six months to five years and reaches every Rank Interactive account.
The terms add one caution for anyone using GAMSTOP: a GAMSTOP exclusion "may take a number of days in order to become active". If you are relying on it to stop play today, set the site's own exclusion as well. Mobile performance needs a handset and a funded account, and is not assessed here.
Self-excluding here has costs the page is honest about. Any cash balance is sent back to your bank account or another payment method, but bonuses, loyalty points and promotion opt-ins are forfeited and are not restored if the account reopens later. Marketing already scheduled may keep arriving for up to 21 days. Reopening after the period ends goes through the safer gambling team, who the page says will contact you within three working days with a questionnaire.
The case for and against Lucky VIP
Lucky VIP is the match-bonus option among the Rank casino brands we have read: £40 on £20 with a low multiple, a £100 cap and daily spins at 1x wagering. The operator behind it checks out against the register, charges no withdrawal fees by its own terms, and its self-exclusion wording is the accurate one among the sister sites.
Against it: the base of the x10 is unstated, the cap keeps the upside small, the site cannot agree on its own size or age, and no support contact was visible from outside. The score is calculated on fifty-five points of the method, from pages read on 19 September 2026, with withdrawal timing, mobile use and support response left unassessed until we hold a funded account.
Banking & Payments
Read from Lucky VIP's own banking page on 19 September 2026. Processing is stated once for every method: Most withdrawals are processed instantly and will be paid into your bank within 15 minutes..
Deposit with (6)
Withdraw to
The pages we read list deposit methods but do not say which of them can receive a withdrawal. Most UK casinos pay back to the method that funded the account, but that is a convention rather than something this operator has published — ask before you deposit with a method you would not want to be paid to.
Games & studios
The 2 studios Lucky VIP names on its own pages, across 600+ titles by its own count. A studio listed here means its games are in the lobby — not which of them, or at what return.
What the operator's own documents say
Every line below was read from Lucky VIP's own banking, help and terms pages on 19 September 2026, and each page was stored with a checksum so the reading can be re-checked. Nothing here is our own measurement: it is what the casino publishes about itself, which is a different and weaker kind of evidence.

Who you are actually playing with
A casino brand is not a company. Lucky VIP is operated by Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited, and that company — not the brand on the homepage — is the party holding your money, answering a complaint and appearing in the regulator's records. Its oldest active UKGC licence has run since March 2022. Everything the register holds on it — licences, sites, trading names and any regulatory action — is on our Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited register page.
Other sites run by the same company
These 14 domains are registered to Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited in the same register entry. This matters for three practical reasons: a self-exclusion applied by the operator normally covers all of them, your verification documents are usually recognised across them, and a “different casino” offering you a fresh welcome bonus may be the same company you already have an account with.
Sister brands we have reviewed
5 other brands in our catalogue are operated by Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited. Their reviews are built from the same register entry and carry the same enforcement record as this page, because a penalty lands on the company rather than on the brand name.
Trading names on the same licence
Names Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited has registered with the regulator. A name missing from this list is not proof of anything — operators only have to register the ones they trade under — but a name that is here can be tied to this licence.
Regulatory action on record
The Gambling Commission publishes the action it takes against its licensees: fines, regulatory settlements and licence suspensions. Below is every published statement we can tie to the company behind Lucky VIP, or to this site by name — not an allegation from a forum, and not our opinion, but a regulator's own record of what it found and what it cost. A fine is not automatically a reason to avoid a casino: what matters is what it was for and whether the same failure could reach your money.

Gambling operators are being warned that they will face the full consequences of regulatory failures even if breaches occurred prior to ownership.

Source: the Gambling Commission's enforcement-action feed, mirrored 16 Oct 2026. Cases are tied to an operator through the licensee company named in the register, so a case may cover sister brands run by the same company; a statement that names this website under an earlier licensee is listed too, against the company it was made against. Where a statement divides a sum between several licensees, the figure here is the share of the licensee behind this site.

A Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) casino brand whose footer, register entry and dispute body all agree, offering £40 of bonus on a £20 deposit at x10 with a £100 cap, and daily spins at only 1x wagering. The live lobby holds 21 live tables by name and the self-exclusion wording is accurate. The weak points are in the paperwork a player sees first: the offer's full rules and the base of its multiplier were not captured, the site gives three different library sizes, and no support contact for Lucky VIP appeared on the pages we read.
