Aladdin Slots
We publish a welcome offer only after reading its full terms on the operator's own UK page on a recorded date. We have not managed that for Aladdin Slots yet, so there is no figure to quote and no link to follow — the rest of the review stands on the licence, the register and the documents we could read.

Pros
Cons
Offer wording that does not agree with itself
Aladdin Slots wears a genie-and-lamp theme, orange skies and onion domes, and its homepage banner on 19 September 2026 read "5 Free Spins on Diamond Strike No Deposit". The small print under it says new players only, no deposit required, a valid debit card must be verified, 10x wagering, and a maximum of £50 converted to real money. That matches the bonus policy in the terms: a no-deposit spins offer is released once a debit card is added, and an account that has never deposited can convert at most £50.
The same page then contradicts it twice. The welcome text further down promises "a rub of the Genie lamp" on a first £10 deposit, worth "up to 500 Free Spins on Chilli Heat", with a different set of conditions: £10 minimum deposit, "£8 max win per 10 spins", conversion capped at lifetime deposits up to £250, and 10x wagering. And the sign-up configuration built into every Aladdin page we captured carries a third version of the no-deposit terms, identical to the banner except for one figure: 65x wagering rather than 10x.
We cannot tell which of these the cashier will actually apply. The page the terms send you to for the welcome offer asked us to log in, so the offer terms themselves were not read. What we can say is that 65x and 10x are not a rounding difference. On £5 of spin winnings, 10x means £50 of bonus bets; 65x means £325, which in practice nobody clears from five spins. If you take the no-deposit spins, check which multiplier the account screen shows before you play them, and screenshot it.
Because no single version of the offer could be confirmed with its own terms, the bonus criteria stay unassessed rather than being scored on whichever version flatters the site most.
Bonus wagering: a low multiplier on money you spend last
The general bonus policy is short and, on the multiplier alone, generous: you wager 10x the bonus won plus any requirement still outstanding. The worked example in the terms is £10 of spin winnings on top of a £100 requirement, giving £200 to wager. Only bonus bets count. Real-money bets do not move the requirement at all.
That last rule matters more than it first appears, because the site always spends your cash first and only touches the bonus balance when the cash runs out. A player who deposits £10 and wins £20 of bonus from spins will play through the £10 before a single bonus bet is placed. If you withdraw real money before the requirement is met, the bonus balance is reset to zero. Nothing is locked, which is fair, but the bonus is effectively the second half of a session you have to lose the first half of.
Three further limits shape what the bonus can be worth. The conversion cap is your lifetime deposits up to £250, so a £10 depositor who turns spins into £300 of bonus converts £10. Bonus bets can only be placed on a named list of slots, 143 entries long with a few repeated, and never on jackpots, bingo, table games or live casino. And any bonus balance disappears if you have not logged in for more than 7 days. Our wagering calculator will show the turnover; the cap is what decides the ceiling.
Two smaller rules are worth knowing before the first deposit. Deposits made through the "Quick deposit" or in-game option do not trigger a promotion automatically; you have to ask support for it. And if you close the claim pop-up, the promotion is gone and will not be re-credited. Anyone who wants no bonuses at all can ask support to opt the account out permanently, a clean way to make sure the cash-first rule never applies.
The "£8 max win per 10 spins" line on the homepage links to a sentence in the terms that is easy to miss: because of maximum win amounts, you may not receive every spin that is displayed as remaining. In other words, once the cap is reached, the rest of the batch can simply stop.
Licensee Jumpman Gaming: one company, 18 active domains and many more
Aladdin Slots is not a company. It is one of the sites run by Jumpman Gaming Limited, UKGC account 39175, which has held its licence since 1 November 2014 and carries remote casino and bingo activities, both active. The footer on every page names that account, and it matches the register entry checked on 16 October 2026. The registered address is in Alderney; non-UK players are covered by the Alderney regulator instead.
The platform behind it is shared. On the lobby page we captured, every row, every game and every position matched the lobbies of the two sister sites we reviewed alongside it, tile for tile; the help pages and terms are the same text with the brand name swapped. What Aladdin Slots owns is its artwork, its colours and its offer. That is the normal white-label model, and it is why the differences in this review are about the offer rather than the games.
The register mirror we use counts 18 domains marked Active against the account, and aladdinslots.com is one of them. The full list is longer: 229 domains in total, of which 131 are marked White Label and 80 Inactive. For a player the number that matters is the reach of self-exclusion. The terms say an exclusion is applied to all accounts you hold with Jumpman Gaming within 24 hours, that you cannot exclude from a single website, and that you may not open a new account on any Jumpman site while it runs. It lasts a minimum of 6 months.
Deposit limits are the exception. A limit you set yourself applies to this website only; you would have to repeat it on each Jumpman site you use. The limits the operator imposes for affordability do the opposite and follow you across the network, which is why a player can be told "deposit limit reached" on a site they have never used before.
The licensee carries a published case: on 17 May 2022 Jumpman Gaming Limited agreed to pay £500,000 of a £675,718 settlement — the other £175,718 fell on ProgressPlay Limited — after investigations into social responsibility and anti-money laundering failures. Customer funds are held in a separate client account but at the "Not Protected" level, meaning they are not shielded if the company becomes insolvent.
Withdrawal timing: 72 hours of pending comes first
The FAQ is candid about the order of events. Once an account is verified, pressing withdraw starts a 72-hour pending period, and only after that should the money reach you, within 1-3 working days. The banking section of the terms gives a wider window for the same step: 1-5 working days once the pending period has expired. We take the longer figure as the one the operator has committed to in its contract.
Seventy-two hours is a long hold by UK standards, and it is not processing time. During it the money is still yours, still visible, and the homepage carries a prompt offering to let you play with a pending withdrawal instead of depositing. That is the design purpose of a pending window, and the reason we count it against the site rather than folding it into a payout speed.
Withdrawals go back to the debit cards registered on the account, up to three of them. Pay by Mobile cannot receive a withdrawal, and each Pay by Mobile deposit costs £2.50. The minimum deposit is £10, the only currency is GBP, and no bonus is credited while a withdrawal is pending. The terms name no withdrawal fee and say you can withdraw your full real-money balance in a single transaction. We have not withdrawn money here, so the timed-withdrawal criterion is not assessed.
One cost that applies after a year of silence: an account with no login for 365 days becomes inactive and is charged £5 every 30 days until the balance is gone or restored.
Verification: selfie, bill or utility link, card photo
The terms state that identification is required to process your first withdrawal, and that documents can be supplied at any time after registration. That answers the timing question our dossier had marked as unanswered, and it points to the sensible order: verify before you deposit, not after you win.
Three things are asked for. Photo ID, a driving licence or passport, uploaded through a service that also wants a selfie; on a desktop you are handed a QR code to finish the step on your phone. Proof of address, either by connecting to your utility provider or by uploading a bill dated within the last 3 months. And proof of payment, a photo of the card showing your name and last four digits with the middle eight covered. Uploaded documents take up to 3 working days to review.
A payslip and a bank statement also appear in the help pages, but in a different context: they are what the safer-gambling team asks for if you want a deposit limit raised. They are not part of routine verification, and we list them separately for that reason.
Lobby rows, game rules and RTP on the Aladdin Slots skin
The all-games page title promises "Over 200 Instant Win Games", and the lobby we captured showed 204 tiles and 195 distinct titles across rows such as Top Titles, New, UK Classics, Gameshow Classics, Arcade, Megaways, Drops & Wins, Jackpots and Table & Card. Names like Fishin Frenzy, Rainbow Riches, Fluffy Favourites, Big Bass Bonanza, Book of Dead and a run of Deal or No Deal games set the tone: British high-street slots rather than a deep table or live offer. We did not count the full library behind the "View All" links, so the library criterion is not assessed.
Tabs for Live Casino and Bingo exist, but the live lobby was not readable without an account and we name no live studio. The only table games visible to a visitor were ten blackjack and roulette titles. The terms add one rule for bingo worth knowing: the free bingo room is only open to players who have deposited in the last 7 days.
On return to player, the terms say that in the majority of cases each game lists its RTP inside its own information pages. We did not open those pages, so we saw no figure, and no casino-wide figure is published. A per-game RTP you can check before spinning is better than none; we will score it once we have seen it.
Support hours and the complaint route
The help page is clear that live chat runs from 9am to 4pm, Monday to Friday. Outside that, support is by e-mail with a target reply within 2 business days, and the page asks you not to send follow-ups because they slow the queue. Our dossier had recorded live chat around the clock; the capture says otherwise, and we go with the capture. What is available at any hour are the safer-gambling tools, which you can apply yourself.
Complaints go to complaints@jumpmangaming.com, a company address rather than an Aladdin one. The complaints team acknowledges within 48 hours and gives a decision within 8 weeks of receiving everything it asked for. If you are still unhappy, or 8 weeks pass without a resolution, UK players can take the dispute to eCOGRA, which is free and whose ruling binds both sides. The time limit is inconsistent: the FAQ says three months from the issue, the terms say six. File inside three and the difference never matters.
Where Aladdin Slots lands
The licence side is mixed: a long-standing licensee, a footer that matches the register, a £500,000 regulatory settlement against that licensee in May 2022, and a self-exclusion that genuinely covers the whole network. The shared terms are specific about wagering, conversion and verification, and more honest than most about what the pending period is.
The weak spots are the ones a player meets first. The welcome offer is stated three ways, one of them with a multiplier more than six times the others. Support keeps office hours. And every withdrawal begins with three days of waiting.
The score is built from forty-two points we could actually check on 19 September 2026. The rest needs a funded account and a withdrawal of our own, and until then it stays out of the total.
Banking & Payments
Read from Aladdin Slots's own banking page on 19 September 2026. Processing is stated once for every method: 72 hour pending period, then 1-3 working days (1-5 in the terms).
Deposit with (8)
Withdraw to
The pages we read list deposit methods but do not say which of them can receive a withdrawal. Most UK casinos pay back to the method that funded the account, but that is a convention rather than something this operator has published — ask before you deposit with a method you would not want to be paid to.
What the operator's own documents say
Every line below was read from Aladdin Slots's own banking, help and terms pages on 19 September 2026, and each page was stored with a checksum so the reading can be re-checked. Nothing here is our own measurement: it is what the casino publishes about itself, which is a different and weaker kind of evidence.

Who you are actually playing with
A casino brand is not a company. Aladdin Slots is operated by Jumpman Gaming Limited, and that company — not the brand on the homepage — is the party holding your money, answering a complaint and appearing in the regulator's records. Its oldest active UKGC licence has run since November 2014. Everything the register holds on it — licences, sites, trading names and any regulatory action — is on our Jumpman Gaming Limited register page.
Other sites run by the same company
These 230 domains are registered to Jumpman Gaming Limited in the same register entry. This matters for three practical reasons: a self-exclusion applied by the operator normally covers all of them, your verification documents are usually recognised across them, and a “different casino” offering you a fresh welcome bonus may be the same company you already have an account with.
Sister brands we have reviewed
2 other brands in our catalogue are operated by Jumpman Gaming Limited. Their reviews are built from the same register entry and carry the same enforcement record as this page, because a penalty lands on the company rather than on the brand name.
Regulatory action on record
The Gambling Commission publishes the action it takes against its licensees: fines, regulatory settlements and licence suspensions. Below is every published statement we can tie to the company behind Aladdin Slots, or to this site by name — not an allegation from a forum, and not our opinion, but a regulator's own record of what it found and what it cost. A fine is not automatically a reason to avoid a casino: what matters is what it was for and whether the same failure could reach your money.

Aladdin Slots is a genie-themed skin on Jumpman Gaming's shared platform, licensed under UKGC account 39175 since 2014, with a £500,000 regulatory settlement against that licensee in May 2022. The terms behind it are specific and, on the multiplier, mild: 10x the bonus, capped at lifetime deposits up to £250. The front of the site is less reliable. It advertises three welcome offers, and one version of the no-deposit terms says 65x. Add a 72-hour pending period before every withdrawal and live chat on weekday office hours only. Confirm the multiplier on your account before you play.
