Online Casino London
We publish a welcome offer only after reading its full terms on the operator's own UK page on a recorded date. We have not managed that for Online Casino London yet, so there is no figure to quote and no link to follow — the rest of the review stands on the licence, the register and the documents we could read.

Pros
Cons
Licensee behind the London skyline: an Alderney company
The name, the Big Ben artwork and the red and sky-blue colours all point at London. The company does not. Online Casino London is operated by Jumpman Gaming Limited, registered in Alderney, whose data-protection registration is with Guernsey. For British players it is licensed by the Gambling Commission under account 39175, held since 1 November 2014 and covering remote casino and bingo. The account number in the footer matches the register, checked on 16 October 2026.
The Commission's register, as our mirror holds it, ties 229 domains to that account. Eighteen carry the status Active; onlinecasinolondon.com is not one of them but one of 131 listed as White Label, with 80 more Inactive. In plain terms: this is a brand running on Jumpman's licence and platform, and its games, help pages and contract are the same ones we read on the sister sites reviewed next to it, with only the brand name changed.
That tells you where the protections sit. Exclusion is company-wide: once requested, it reaches every account you hold at a Jumpman Gaming site within 24 hours, runs for no less than 6 months, and stops you opening a new account anywhere in the network. A deposit limit you choose is narrower and binds this domain alone. Affordability thresholds that Jumpman applies on its own initiative work across all its sites over a four-week period.
The Commission's feed holds one case against Jumpman Gaming Limited: £500,000 of a £675,718 settlement agreed on 17 May 2022, for social responsibility and anti-money laundering failures. Client money is kept apart from company money, but at the "Not Protected" level, so balances are not ring-fenced in an insolvency.
Offer of up to 500 Starburst spins, measured against the bonus policy
The headline on 19 September 2026 was "Win up to 500 Free Spins on Starburst", for a first deposit of £10 or more, with 10x bonus wagering and conversion equal to lifetime deposits up to £250. The page title repeats it as "500 Free Spins". Our attempt to open the promotion page ended at a login screen, so the specific terms of this offer were not read and it is not scored.
The house rules it sits under were readable, and they are the part a player should weigh. Free-spin winnings arrive as bonus money. To turn them into cash you wager ten times the bonus won, plus anything already outstanding, and only bonus-funded bets count. The site spends deposited money first, so a £10 deposit is used up before any bonus bet is placed. Winnings on a spin that was part cash, part bonus are split in the same proportion.
The ceiling is what limits the upside. A player whose lifetime deposits total £10 can convert at most £10, however large the bonus balance grows; the maximum for anyone is £250. Bonus play is restricted to a named list of slots, never jackpots, bingo, tables or live games. A bonus balance is removed after 7 days without a login. Withdrawing cash before the requirement is met resets the bonus to nil.
Beyond the welcome offer, the promotion rules add their own traps. Codes sent by e-mail are valid only until 23:59 on the day they arrive, unless the message says otherwise; the welcome offer needs no code and has no stated expiry. A bonus through the Mega Reel needs a deposit of £20 or more according to the help pages. Plays of the Mega Reel, Mega Wheel, Bonus Wheel or Loot Chest are sometimes free and sometimes charged at a fee shown on the game, deducted from your balance, with no better odds for paying. Prizes must be claimed within 7 days, and Amazon vouchers won in promotions are e-mailed once and never resent.
So "up to 500" describes a best case, from a promotion the terms themselves call a game of chance, and the cash value of any case is capped at what you deposited. The wagering calculator will show the turnover once you know the award.
Banking claims on the homepage that the terms do not support
The long homepage text describes "card payments, bank transfer, e-wallets and pay-by-phone bill methods" and calls the site one of the most popular Pay by Mobile casinos in the UK. It sits under a heading about payments and withdrawals.
The banking policy in the terms is narrower. Deposits can be made by Visa Debit, MasterCard Debit, Maestro, Paysafe Card, Pay by Mobile, PayPal, Neteller and Skrill. Bank transfer is not on the list. Pay by Mobile carries a £2.50 fee on every deposit and, in the terms' own words, withdrawals cannot be sent to it. The only payout destination the terms name is a registered card. Whether PayPal, Neteller or Skrill deposits can be paid back to those wallets is not stated anywhere we read.
When the homepage and the contract disagree, the contract is what applies, and we rely on it. Our dossier had listed bank transfer as a payment method for this site; it came from the marketing copy and we have dropped it.
The fixed points: £10 minimum deposit, GBP only, up to three cards per account, and no bonus credited while a withdrawal is pending. No withdrawal fee is mentioned. There is a dormancy charge of £5 every 30 days once an account has gone 365 days without a login.
Withdrawal clock and the documents that start it
Before anything is paid, the terms require identification for the first withdrawal. The FAQ lists what that means: a passport or driving licence uploaded with a selfie, proof of address either by linking your utility account or by uploading a bill no older than 3 months, and a photo of each card with the middle eight digits hidden. Reviews take up to 3 working days. Submitted in the wrong category, a document is rejected and the withdrawal goes back to the balance within 48 hours.
Then comes the hold. From the moment a verified player requests a withdrawal, it sits pending for 72 hours. The FAQ says funds should land 1-3 working days after that; the terms say 1-5. A further sentence says pending withdrawals are processed within 24 hours once documents are verified, which describes the step after a document check rather than the whole wait. Read together, a first withdrawal requested on a Thursday can take into the following week and beyond.
The terms also reserve the right to ask for certified or notarised copies, to run source-of-funds checks, and to repeat verification from time to time. None of that is unusual for a GB licensee, but it means "verified" is not a permanent state: a large withdrawal can trigger a fresh request. If a document is refused, the site e-mails you, and it is on you to resubmit in the right category.
The 72 hours are not processing. The money remains on the account and the site offers to let you play with it instead of depositing. We score that period as a cost to the player. We have not withdrawn from this account, so the timed-withdrawal criterion is not assessed.
Games copy versus the lobby we captured
Online Casino London is the only one of the three sister sites we read that wraps its lobby in long promotional text. The all-games page calls the site "a brand new initiative", says its games "are audited in independent labs regularly", and describes live dealers you can chat with "in your native language". None of it is backed by anything on the pages: no laboratory is named, no certificate or dated report is shown, and the live lobby could not be opened without an account. eCOGRA appears in the terms only as the dispute body, not as a tester, so the independent-testing criterion earns nothing.
The lobby itself, the grid of 204 tiles and 195 titles, is identical to its sisters, row by row. Starburst, Rainbow Riches and Fluffy Favourites are the names the homepage singles out, and the lobby rows follow suit: UK Classics, Gameshow Classics with a dozen Deal or No Deal variants, Megaways, Drops & Wins, an Arcade row of crash-style and pick games, and thirty jackpot slots. The table section visible to visitors was ten blackjack and roulette titles. The library behind "View All" was not counted.
Two further claims in the copy are worth a note. The homepage points players who want to download bingo games to "our apps section"; we found no app link on the pages we captured and did not assess app parity. And the games page says the site is available in other languages for non-English speakers, while the configuration we captured is set to the United Kingdom region, British English and pounds only. Neither changes the score, but each is a sentence written for search engines rather than for the player.
The homepage also promises "high RTPs". The terms say instead that most games show their RTP on their own help pages. We did not open those pages and saw no figure, so the claim of high returns remains a claim.
Support: e-mail first, chat in office hours
The homepage section on customer support mentions only e-mail. The help page adds live chat, open 9am-4pm from Monday to Friday, and says e-mails are answered within 2 business days. Both are staffed by the Jumpman support team rather than a brand team; the address is support@jumpmangaming.com. Our dossier recorded chat as available around the clock, which the help page contradicts.
There is a separate safer-gambling team at safergambling@jumpmangaming.com for anyone who feels their play is getting out of hand, and the responsible-gaming page lists GamCare and Gamblers Anonymous alongside it. A lost password is handled by the usual reset link sent to the registered e-mail address. Our own timed chat contacts, which score first response and answer quality, have not been made here, so those criteria are not assessed.
For complaints the route is complaints@jumpmangaming.com. The team acknowledges within 48 hours and decides within 8 weeks of receiving all it has asked for. If that fails, UK players can go to eCOGRA, free of charge, with a ruling both sides accept as final. The time allowed to raise the complaint is three months in the FAQ and six months in the terms; three is the safe reading.
Safer gambling tools and where each one stops
Deposit limits can be daily, weekly or monthly, applied from the responsible-gaming page or by e-mail, and raising one takes effect only after 24 hours. Reality checks remind you how long a session has run and offer to show your history or log you out. Take-a-break periods run up to 6 weeks, and apply to this brand only. GAMSTOP registration blocks the site along with every other British online operator.
Two pages disagree on detail. The responsible-gaming page lists breaks of 24, 48 and 72 hours, one, two or three weeks and a month; the terms list 24 hours, one week, one month, or any period to 6 weeks. The self-exclusion rule is consistent everywhere: at least 6 months, network-wide.
To raise a deposit limit you e-mail keepitfun@jumpmangaming.com with your latest payslip and bank statement. That request is not part of standard verification, and nobody should need it on a first visit.
Where Online Casino London lands
Strip away the skyline and the copywriting and this is Jumpman's shared platform under a London name: a licensee on the register for more than a decade, a footer that checks out, a 10x bonus rule with a low cash ceiling, and a withdrawal process that begins with three days of waiting.
What sets this skin apart is its marketing text, and that is where it loses trust: bank transfer that the terms do not list, payouts by mobile that the terms rule out, and independent audits nobody names. None of those claims changes what the contract gives you, but a player who chose this site for bank transfer or mobile payouts would find out at the cashier, which is the worst place to learn it. Read the terms and the FAQ; skip the essay.
The score uses forty-two points we could check on 19 September 2026. Criteria that need our own deposit and withdrawal are left out of the total rather than filled in.
Banking & Payments
Read from Online Casino London's own banking page on 19 September 2026. Processing is stated once for every method: 72 hour pending period, then 1-3 working days (1-5 in the terms).
Deposit with (8)
Withdraw to
The pages we read list deposit methods but do not say which of them can receive a withdrawal. Most UK casinos pay back to the method that funded the account, but that is a convention rather than something this operator has published — ask before you deposit with a method you would not want to be paid to.
What the operator's own documents say
Every line below was read from Online Casino London's own banking, help and terms pages on 19 September 2026, and each page was stored with a checksum so the reading can be re-checked. Nothing here is our own measurement: it is what the casino publishes about itself, which is a different and weaker kind of evidence.

Who you are actually playing with
A casino brand is not a company. Online Casino London is operated by Jumpman Gaming Limited, and that company — not the brand on the homepage — is the party holding your money, answering a complaint and appearing in the regulator's records. Its oldest active UKGC licence has run since November 2014. Everything the register holds on it — licences, sites, trading names and any regulatory action — is on our Jumpman Gaming Limited register page.
Other sites run by the same company
These 230 domains are registered to Jumpman Gaming Limited in the same register entry. This matters for three practical reasons: a self-exclusion applied by the operator normally covers all of them, your verification documents are usually recognised across them, and a “different casino” offering you a fresh welcome bonus may be the same company you already have an account with.
Sister brands we have reviewed
2 other brands in our catalogue are operated by Jumpman Gaming Limited. Their reviews are built from the same register entry and carry the same enforcement record as this page, because a penalty lands on the company rather than on the brand name.
Regulatory action on record
The Gambling Commission publishes the action it takes against its licensees: fines, regulatory settlements and licence suspensions. Below is every published statement we can tie to the company behind Online Casino London, or to this site by name — not an allegation from a forum, and not our opinion, but a regulator's own record of what it found and what it cost. A fine is not automatically a reason to avoid a casino: what matters is what it was for and whether the same failure could reach your money.

Cases are tied to an operator through the licensee company named in the register, so a case may cover sister brands run by the same company; a statement that names this website under an earlier licensee is listed too, against the company it was made against. Where a statement divides a sum between several licensees, the figure here is the share of the licensee behind this site.

Real money deposited · Withdrawal timed end to end · When documents were demanded · Bonus terms read in full · Library counted in the lobby · RTP compared to the provider default · Live chat timed, three contacts · Twenty minutes on a real handset. None of these has been run at Online Casino London, nothing on this page claims otherwise, and the points they feed leave the total rather than scoring zero. Online Casino London is a London-themed brand on Jumpman Gaming's shared platform, licensed through UKGC account 39175 since 2014, with a £500,000 regulatory settlement against that licensee in May 2022. Its bonus rule is a mild 10x on bonus winnings, but conversion is capped at what you have deposited, up to £250. Every withdrawal waits 72 hours before 1-5 working days of processing. The homepage copy promises bank transfer, mobile payouts and independently audited games; the terms and captured pages support none of it. Trust the terms, and read the site's own marketing sceptically.
