10bet is a sportsbook first, and a new account has to choose at sign-up between the sports bonus and the casino one. This review covers the casino side only. The casino welcome offer is a 100% match on the first deposit up to £25, paid into a separate Casino Bonus balance. The offer card states the terms in one line: wager the bonus 10x within three days, maximum bonus winnings £1,000, bonus not redeemable, game and payment limits apply. No bonus code is needed, and the first deposit has to be made within seven days of opting in. The promotions page limits welcome offers to one per person, household, IP address or payment method, which matters to anyone sharing a flat or a card with an existing 10bet customer.

The arithmetic is short. A £25 bonus at 10x asks for £250 of turnover. On a slot returning around 96%, that turnover costs roughly £10 in expectation, so the offer is worth something close to £15 to a player who clears it, before variance. Our wagering calculator runs the same sum at any deposit. At £20 the numbers scale down to a £20 bonus and £200 of turnover. The casino page presents the 10x figure as something that follows from the latest UKGC rules, so read it as the regulatory ceiling rather than a concession.

Three restrictions matter more than the multiplier. The bonus can be played on slots only, and live casino bets do not count at all. Deposits through Skrill or Neteller do not qualify. And cash is used before bonus funds, so in practice the bonus wagering begins once your own deposit has been played through. Three days is a short window for that sequence, and the forfeit on a missed deadline takes the bonus and anything won from it.

Two points stay open. We found no maximum bet for the bonus on the pages we captured, and the promotions page warns in general terms that exceeding one can void a bonus. We also cannot square "bonus not redeemable", which usually means the £25 itself is removed at cash-out, with the promotions page line saying that the Casino Bonus balance is converted to withdrawable funds once wagering is complete. The full promotion terms page was not among our captures, and we score only what we read.

For existing players the casino runs prize-pool promotions rather than reload matches: Lucky Rush with weekly pools of £100K to £200K until January 2027, a prize-wheel promotion with £20K daily and £350K weekly pools, short spin drops such as up to 100 free spins on Toro Mania for £25 of stakes, and £10 in Golden Chips for £150 wagered on live games. Prize-pool promotions pay in cash but are won by a small share of entrants; they are not a rebate on play.

The site names its operator as Blue Star Planet Limited, a company registered in Malta, and prints account 43173 in the footer. The UKGC register agrees: account 43173 belongs to Blue Star Planet Limited, with three active licences covering casino and both general betting classes, the oldest dated 17 December 2015. We checked the entry on 16 October 2026. A decade on the register with every licence active is a long, uneventful record, and the number in the footer is the one on the register rather than a lookalike.

The company holds two domains on the register, 10bet.co.uk and 10bet.ie, and one trading name, 10bet. That is a narrow footprint compared with the white-label groups elsewhere in this catalogue, and it has a practical consequence: an account restriction or self-exclusion at 10bet does not carry across to a family of sister brands, because there is no family. GAMSTOP is the tool that covers other operators, and 10bet says it exchanges data with GAMSTOP in real time.

The Irish domain runs under a separate sports betting licence from the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Ireland, which the footer also prints. For a player in Great Britain the Commission licence is the one that applies. The licensee is not clean on the Commission's record: on 16 February 2023 Blue Star Planet Limited, trading as 10Bet, agreed to pay £620,000 in a regulatory settlement after an investigation into social responsibility and anti-money laundering failures. The feed we mirror reaches back to March 2021, so that is the whole picture it can give of a licence nearly eleven years old.

The casino lobby counter reads 3,246 games on the day we captured it, and the site's own copy rounds that to 3,000+ from 17+ providers. The slot count is less consistent: one page says over 2,800 slots and another says over 2,500. Operator counters are claims rather than measurements, and here the claims disagree with each other by 300 titles.

What we can confirm is the studio list, because the casino pages name them: Playtech, Pragmatic Play, Evolution, Hacksaw Gaming, Yggdrasil, Games Global, Microgaming, Blueprint, Bragg, Inspired, Octoplay, Quickspin, 1X2, Skywind, NetEnt, Wizard and Stormcraft. That is seventeen studios, which matches the site's own figure and meets the breadth our method looks for. Playtech is the house supplier, with the Age of the Gods jackpot network, Fire Blaze and Cash Collect series and its own live studio.

The lobby counters give a sense of shape: 153 Megaways titles, 163 jackpot games, 60 RNG table games, 39 instant-win titles and 17 crash games. There is craps from Evolution and from Playtech, which the site itself calls rare online, and Hi-Lo, Sic Bo and Dragon Tiger among the electronic tables.

No return-to-player figure is published for the lobby. The casino page says most slots "sit close to the industry-average RTP", which is a description rather than a number, and one live game, Stock Market, is quoted at 99%. The return of one game is not a policy. RTP is set per casino, and a lobby that does not publish its settings asks to be trusted on the number that decides what the games cost.

Demo play is mentioned twice, "when possible" and as something to try before playing for money. The pages do not say whether demos run without an account, and we did not open one to find out.

Three studios supply the live lobby: Playtech, Evolution and Pragmatic Play. The provider counters on the live page read 102, 72 and 45 tables, and the category counters read 37 game shows, 51 roulette, 66 blackjack, 17 in a Vegas section and 58 other games. The casino lobby shows 174 live games, and the copy talks of "close to 200" tables and "160+ titles". The figures do not match each other, but every version is well above the level where table count stops mattering to a player.

Playtech is the draw here: Mega Fire Blaze Roulette, Adventures Beyond Wonderland, Live Baccarat and Bellagio-branded blackjack in the Vegas section. Evolution supplies Crazy Time, Lightning and XXXtreme Lightning Roulette and the First Person range. Live tables stream around the clock, according to the page.

The table limits need a caution. The lobby tiles print ranges such as "£ 50-300000" and "£ 500-100000" without a decimal point, and the casino copy restates them as limits starting at £10 to £50 and reaching £100,000 to £300,000. We cannot tell from outside whether those tile figures are pence or pounds, so we do not quote a minimum stake. Check the limit shown at the table before the first bet.

The welcome bonus cannot be used here, since live bets do not count towards its wagering. The live casino has its own Golden Chips promotion instead.

The payment methods page is specific. Deposits start at £10 on every method, are marked free and instant, and top out at £10,000 on most methods and £2,000 on the prepaid voucher route. The methods named across the site are Visa and Mastercard debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard, Trustly and bank transfer. Credit cards are not accepted, as UK rules require. The page also warns that maximum deposits can be lower for regulatory reasons such as affordability and source-of-income checks, so a large first deposit can trigger questions before any withdrawal does.

Withdrawals start at £5, and the banking page says to contact support if your balance is below that. The single-withdrawal maximum is £35,000 to a debit card, £50,000 on other methods and £4,000 on Paysafecard. Payouts follow a closed-loop policy, back to the method you deposited with. The page quotes clearing times of one to two days for cards and e-wallets and one to three days for bank transfer, and warns that verification can make them longer.

That is the sober version. The casino and sportsbook copy says withdrawals are "automated and immediate" most of the time, that they take "between a few minutes and 48 hours", and that a payout "should hit your account in a couple of minutes". Those claims are about the best case, and the banking page is about the usual case. A withdrawal first sits as pending "until it's been reviewed and processed by 10bet", and no length is given for that stage. We have not withdrawn our own money here, so the timing criterion stays unassessed.

On fees, the sportsbook page states that 10bet does not charge transaction fees on any payment method. The banking table marks deposits free. The withdrawal tab of that table was not in our capture, so the fee statement we rely on for withdrawals is the general one.

10bet runs electronic age and identity checks on every new account. Documents are asked for only when that check fails: a passport or driving licence, and an address document if the address on the licence does not match the one used to register. The help page says most checks are automatic and complete straight away, and a manual document review takes 24 to 48 hours.

That is the right order, and it answers the question most operators leave open: the check happens at registration, not at the first withdrawal. The general terms add that checks can also run "on an ongoing basis" after the account is open, and that an account the operator cannot verify can be suspended and closed. A large win or a change in deposit pattern can therefore still bring a document request later, as it can at any UK casino.

Two other clauses in the summary at the top of the terms are worth knowing before you deposit. Maximum winnings limits apply to "some aspects" of the service, set out in section 14.9. And if a game malfunctions, 10bet can void affected results even when the fault is found later. The capture holds the terms summary and contents list, not every clause, so we cannot say which games section 14.9 caps. The terms are marked as last updated on 30 June 2026, version 36.

The live casino page calls its support "24/7 help", and the table directly below that heading says otherwise. Live chat runs daily from 08:00 to 01:00, phone from 08:00 to 23:00, and e-mail to support@10bet.co.uk is the only channel described as available at any hour. The about page adds a detail that matters: log in to access live chat and see the phone numbers. A prospective player can read the hours but cannot reach an agent before opening an account.

Agents answer in English or Swedish, and a searchable help centre covers payments, verification and bonuses. Seventeen hours of chat a day is a reasonable spread, and saying so plainly would serve the page better than a 24/7 claim. We have not timed a chat response, so the response criteria stay unassessed.

The safer-gambling tools are described with their actual settings, which is not always the case. Deposit limits are daily, weekly or monthly; a decrease applies at once and an increase waits 24 hours and needs a second confirmation. Loss limits run weekly or monthly. Reality checks trigger at 30 or 60 minutes. Time-outs run from 24 hours to six weeks, self-exclusion from six months to five years, and GAMSTOP is supported. There is also a budget calculator and an activity summary. Set the deposit limit on the day you register; that is the tool that works best before it is needed.

The complaint route is where the pages fall short. The general terms list a section titled "Alternative dispute resolution (ADR)", but its body was not in our capture, and no ADR body is named on any other page we read. eCOGRA appears on the casino pages only as a testing lab, alongside iTech Labs, auditing games and random number generators. A testing lab is not a dispute service, and a player with an unresolved complaint needs the name of the ADR body before the dispute starts. No dated audit report is published for either lab.
