The Vic
We publish a welcome offer only after reading its full terms on the operator's own UK page on a recorded date. We have not managed that for The Vic yet, so there is no figure to quote and no link to follow — the rest of the review stands on the licence, the register and the documents we could read.

Pros
Cons
Offer headline only: "Play with £40" and the terms we could not reach
The promotions page leads with "PLAY WITH £40 WHEN YOU DEPOSIT £20", and the small print under the banner gives more than most headlines do: "New players only. Min Deposit £20, excl. PayPal & Paysafe. £20 bonus (x10 wagering) on selected games. Max win £2K." That is a £20 deposit matched with £20 of bonus, ten-times wagering, a £2,000 cap on winnings, and two payment methods that do not qualify.
What that summary does not say is the one thing our method needs before it will score an offer: what the ten times applies to. Ten times the £20 bonus is £200 of turnover. Ten times the deposit and bonus together is £400. The full promotion rules behind the "More Info" link were not on any page we captured, so we cannot tell which, and we do not guess. The whole bonus axis therefore sits outside the score for this review — not marked as zero, just not counted.
The general terms, which we did read, add two rules that apply to any bonus here and are worth knowing before you accept one. You "can only spend the Bonus after you have spent the cash in your account", so the deposit goes first. And if you ask to withdraw before the wagering is complete, the bonus balance "(including winnings from Bonus wagers) will be forfeited". Where the promotion rules set no deadline, the default is 30 days from the bonus being credited.
A third rule matters for anyone who takes more than one promotion at once: "if you have more than one active Bonus then the wagering requirements may be combined (as to wagering target and/or expiry)". Two small offers taken together can become one larger requirement with the shorter deadline, and the terms suggest asking customer services if in doubt. The recurring promotions on the same page — a daily vault pick with prizes "up to £100", a prize-drop and tournament campaign advertised as "A SHARE OF £5 MILLION" running to August 2027, and wheel drops capped at "Max Rewards £3K" — are all opt-in and tied to selected games.
Before claiming, read the full rules from a British connection and put the multiplier through our wagering calculator. The two readings of "x10" differ by a factor of two, and that difference decides whether the offer is worth taking.
Licence and venue: an online portal for the Grosvenor Victoria
The Vic is the name of a London casino, and the site presents itself as an extension of it. The about page calls it "the portal for the prestigious London casino, Grosvenor Victoria", and the site keeps a "Venue" tab for the physical building: an alfresco gaming area called The Loft, a poker room, and a restaurant called The Dining Room that can be booked from the site. We have not visited the venue and say nothing about it beyond what those pages state.
Online, the operator is Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Ltd, registered in Gibraltar under number 120385. The footer gives Gambling Commission account 57924, the register entry under that number carries thevic.com, and the two agree, checked on 16 October 2026. The terms add that the licensee is "a wholly owned subsidiary of The Rank Group Plc, which is listed on the London Stock Exchange". Five licences sit on the register entry, all active, the oldest dated 11 March 2022.
The footer also explains who covers whom. The Gambling Commission licence applies "for GB customers playing on our online sites"; customers outside Great Britain are covered by the Government of Gibraltar under licence numbers RGL 133 and RGL 134. A British player's rights, and the dispute route below, run through the Commission.
That date is worth a line. The Commission enforcement feed we mirror reaches back to March 2021, a year before that licence was granted, so the clean record here — no published case against this licensee in the feed — covers the licence's whole life, and that life is four and a half years. It is a clean record, and it is a short one.
The register shows twelve active domains on this licence, including Grosvenor Casinos, Mecca Bingo, Kitty Bingo, Magical Vegas and Rialto Casino. What that means for a player is set out below under safer gambling, because on this site the answer differs from tool to tool.
Withdrawal speed, fees and the net deposit rule
The banking page is the best-documented part of this site. It lists each method with ticks for deposits and withdrawals: Visa and Mastercard debit, PayPal, Apple Pay and Instant Bank Transfer work both ways; Paysafecard is deposit only. Every method shows a £10 minimum deposit and, where it pays out, a £10 minimum withdrawal. Credit cards and American Express are refused, including when used through PayPal or Apple Pay.
On speed, the page says: "Most withdrawals are processed instantly and will be paid into your bank within 15 minutes. All major banks and PayPal are now enabled with Fast Withdrawals." The exception is stated as plainly: card withdrawals "not enabled with Fast Withdrawals will take 1-3 working days". That is an operator's description rather than a measurement, and we have not requested a withdrawal ourselves, so our payout-time criterion stays unassessed. It is still more specific than most banking pages in this catalogue.
On fees, the terms leave no room: "We never charge fees on withdrawals." Charges from your own bank or payment provider are, as usual, yours to check.
One rule decides where your money goes. Withdrawals follow a net deposit policy: "If you've deposited from more than one payment method, withdrawals are paid to the method with the highest net deposits value", net deposits being deposits minus withdrawals on each method. A player who funds by Paysafecard and card should expect winnings to go to the card, and the page warns that money deposited through a non-refundable method can mean "a higher level of reviews" before a withdrawal to another method is approved. The first withdrawal by bank transfer also needs a bank statement showing the account details.
A forgotten balance is treated fairly. An account becomes "dormant" after 12 months without a log-in; the operator says it will try to contact the player at least 30 days beforehand, and that "No funds will be deducted from your account whilst it is classified as dormant". Logging in reactivates it. Some operators in this catalogue charge a monthly fee on dormant balances; The Vic's terms rule that out.
Verification: the long document list, and a clear rule on timing
The terms list what the operator may ask for during its checks, and the list is long: passport, full driving licence, national identity card, marriage or civil partnership certificate, deed poll, decree absolute, a utility bill or bank statement from the last three months, and a photograph of you holding your ID open at the photo page. Most players will be asked for two or three of these, but it helps to know the full range exists.
Unusually, the terms also say when the checks bite: "You will not be able to make withdrawals until we have successfully completed our initial Verification Checks." That is the answer most operators leave out, and it is the useful one. The account can be opened and funded before verification is finished; the money cannot leave until it is. The terms add that the operator may suspend or limit the account while it waits for documents.
The practical step is the one that removes almost every slow first payout: send the documents the day you register. On this site that is not just good practice, it is the stated condition for a withdrawal.
Player balances are held in a separate designated account, which the terms describe as meeting the Commission's "medium level of protection". Play is open to people located in the UK, the Republic of Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and Gibraltar, and the banking page lists sterling and euro accounts.
Live casino: Evolution tables, and a roulette wheel streamed from the venue
The live lobby names one studio, Evolution, and one detail that no other site on this licence can offer: "Live Victoria Roulette", which the page says "comes to you directly from our London venue". For a brand built on a physical casino, that is the most distinctive thing on the site.
The lobby page shows stake ranges on each table tile, and they are wide. Several game shows start at £0.10. Roulette tables mostly run from £0.20, and two show an upper limit of £75,000. Blackjack tiles start at £0.50, £1 or £5, and one baccarat table starts at £250. Those are figures printed on the captured page; we have not sat at the tables.
Named games include Lightning Roulette, Immersive Roulette, Infinite Blackjack, Blackjack Party, Speed Baccarat, Casino Hold'em, Caribbean Stud and game shows such as Monopoly and Deal or No Deal. The full list shows only after login, so the tables cannot be counted from outside. Our live-dealer criterion is capped at two points of four for that reason, as it is for every site here.
Games beyond the tables: venue favourites and group exclusives
The slots lobby does not publish a title count; the page promises "100's of online games". It names three studios in its text — Red Tiger, NetEnt and Blueprint — and has an "In Venue" category for machines that also stand on the casino floor, naming Action Bank, Sizzling Hot Deluxe and 88 Fortunes. It also lists "Originals", which it says are "only available at online casinos within our group", naming Tiki Runner, Black Lotus and Pirates Free Spins.
With no count and only three studios named, the library criterion is left unassessed. We would rather leave it out of the score than turn "100's" into a number.
The site mentions return to player without giving a figure for any game, which scores zero on our transparency criterion. It is the same result most of this catalogue gets, and it matters most on slots, where the operator can choose between return settings the studio offers. No testing house is named on the pages we read. We did not check whether games run in demo mode here, so that criterion stays out of the score.
The daily offers on the slots page are small and clearly labelled: stake £10 on slots to get five free spins, valid for 24 hours, with "Wagering x10 and Max wins x10". Loyalty points convert "at rate 1,000 points = £1 bonus". Both come with wagering or caps, which is the normal price of a recurring offer.
Safer gambling tools that reach different distances, and support we could not find
The Vic's safer-gambling page is detailed, and the detail matters because each tool covers a different set of sites. The net deposit loss limit, set in the cashier daily, weekly or monthly, "is a shared limit across our partner sites", which the page lists as KittyBingo.com, LuckyPantsBingo.com, SpinandWin.com, MagicalVegas.com, RegalWins.com, LuckyVIP.com, Aspers.com and MeccaGames.com. Take a Break, from 24 hours to six weeks, locks only The Vic: accounts on sister sites "will be unaffected". Self-exclusion, from six months to five years, covers the sister sites operated by the same company.
Two other details are worth reading. Game session reminders can be set from every 15 minutes to once an hour, but choosing "KEEP PLAYING AND DON'T DISTURB" on a reminder switches future reminders off. And after self-exclusion ends, reopening needs a questionnaire from the safer gambling team, who the page says will contact you within three working days. GAMSTOP is recommended alongside.
Support is the gap. The pages we captured say players can contact customer support "at any time", and the help portal lists topics, but none of them gives a chat link, an e-mail address or a phone number for The Vic. The only phone numbers on the pages belong to GamCare and Gambling Therapy. We score what a prospective player can find, and we have not made the timed contacts that our response criteria need.
Complaints go to customer services first, with IBAS named in the terms as the next step for British players. Two time limits apply: six months from the incident in general, and seven days for "any complaint relating specifically to the functionality or settlement of a game or wager". Keep the game ID and a screenshot, as the terms ask.
Where The Vic sits in this catalogue
A casino brand with a real building behind it, run online by a listed company whose footer, register entry and dispute body all check out. Its banking page is more specific than most, withdrawals are stated as free, and the verification terms say plainly that checks must be finished before any money leaves.
The weak points are specific too. The welcome offer's full rules were not readable, so the bonus axis is left out of the score. No support contact for the site itself was visible from outside. Nothing is published about game return settings or testing. And the licence, though clean, is four and a half years old.
The score is calculated on forty-nine points of our hundred-point method, from pages read on 19 September 2026. The parts that need our own deposit — withdrawal timing, mobile use, support response — stay unassessed until we have made one.

Deposit with (1)
Withdraw to
The pages we read list deposit methods but do not say which of them can receive a withdrawal. Most UK casinos pay back to the method that funded the account, but that is a convention rather than something this operator has published — ask before you deposit with a method you would not want to be paid to.
Games & studios
The 1 studio The Vic names on its own pages. A studio listed here means its games are in the lobby — not which of them, or at what return.
What the operator's own documents say
Every line below was read from The Vic's own banking, help and terms pages on 19 September 2026, and each page was stored with a checksum so the reading can be re-checked. Nothing here is our own measurement: it is what the casino publishes about itself, which is a different and weaker kind of evidence.

Who you are actually playing with
A casino brand is not a company. The Vic is operated by Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited, and that company — not the brand on the homepage — is the party holding your money, answering a complaint and appearing in the regulator's records. Its oldest active UKGC licence has run since March 2022. Everything the register holds on it — licences, sites, trading names and any regulatory action — is on our Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited register page.
Other sites run by the same company
These 14 domains are registered to Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited in the same register entry. This matters for three practical reasons: a self-exclusion applied by the operator normally covers all of them, your verification documents are usually recognised across them, and a “different casino” offering you a fresh welcome bonus may be the same company you already have an account with.
Sister brands we have reviewed
5 other brands in our catalogue are operated by Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited. Their reviews are built from the same register entry and carry the same enforcement record as this page, because a penalty lands on the company rather than on the brand name.
Trading names on the same licence
Names Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited has registered with the regulator. A name missing from this list is not proof of anything — operators only have to register the ones they trade under — but a name that is here can be tied to this licence.
Regulatory action on record
No published Gambling Commission enforcement case is tied to the company behind The Vic in the feed we mirror. That is a clean record in the regulator's own published cases — it is not a statement that nothing has ever gone wrong, and it does not cover complaints settled privately or matters still open.

The online arm of a London casino, run by Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Ltd, with a footer account number that matches the register, IBAS named for disputes and a roulette table streamed from the venue itself. The banking page is unusually specific: no withdrawal fees, £10 minimums, most payouts described as reaching the bank within 15 minutes. The weak points are gaps in what is published: the welcome offer's full rules were not on any page we captured, no support contact for the site appears from outside, and no game return figure or testing house is published.
