Rialto Casino
We publish a welcome offer only after reading its full terms on the operator's own UK page on a recorded date. We have not managed that for Rialto Casino yet, so there is no figure to quote and no link to follow — the rest of the review stands on the licence, the register and the documents we could read.

Pros
Cons
Offer: 100 spins on Big Bass - Hold & Spinner for a £10 stake, capped at £200
Rialto's welcome offer is one of the cheapest to reach on this licence: £10 in, against the £20 that The Vic, Grosvenor and Lucky VIP ask for. The promotions page says: "Deposit and stake £10 and you’ll unlock 100 Free Spins." The small print under the banner fills in the rest: "New players only. Min dep £10 (Excl. PayPal & Paysafe) & spend £10, to get 100 Free Spins on Big Bass - Hold & Spinner. Wagering Requirement10x. Max win £200."
Four things follow from that line. The spins are tied to one slot, not to a list. Deposits by PayPal or Paysafecard do not qualify, so the first deposit has to come by debit card, Apple Pay or bank transfer. Whatever the spins win is subject to a ten-times requirement. And however well they land, £200 is the most the offer can turn into.
What the banner does not say is the value of each spin, what exactly the 10x multiplies, or how many days you have to finish it. Those answers sit behind a "More Info" link whose page was not among our captures. A free-spins offer is usually wagered on the spin winnings, but "usually" is not a term we can score. Without the spin value we cannot even put a number on the offer's face value, let alone on what it costs to clear. Our bonus criteria therefore stay out of the total for this review rather than going in as zeros.
Rialto's general terms, which we did read, set the defaults that apply whenever a promotion is silent. Bonus money is spent only after the cash balance is used up. If no period is specified, a bonus that has not been wagered within 30 days of being credited is forfeited, together with anything it won. Asking for a withdrawal before the requirement is met forfeits it as well.
For a £10 player the shape is still reasonable on its face: a small stake, a single named game, a low multiple and a cap that is visible before you sign up. Once the full rules are in front of you, run the spin winnings through our wagering calculator before deciding whether the £200 ceiling is worth chasing.
Wagering on the daily offers: ten times on five spins, and Rialto Coins at £1 per 1,000
After the welcome spins, most of what the promotions page advertises is small and recurring, and the terms attached to it are heavier than the size suggests. The September "Daily Free Spins Special" asks you to opt in once and stake £10 of cash on slots each day for five spins on "selected Big Bass games". The line beneath reads: "Free spins valid for 24 hours and winnings for 7 days. Wagering x10 and Max wins x10."
Set that against what the same operator does elsewhere. Lucky VIP and Magical Vegas, run by the same company under the same licence, advertise their daily five-spin boosts with "1x Wagering. Max Wins 5x". Rialto's version asks for ten times the turnover on whatever the spins return, with a higher ceiling on the result. If five spins produce a few pounds, clearing ten times that within a week is a lot of play for a small prize. It is worth knowing that the sister sites price this differently before choosing which one to use.
The rest of the page is opt-in prize campaigns shared with other Rank sites. "Rewards Burst" promises a share of £5 million in prize drops and tournaments on selected games, minimum bet £0.10, ending 20 August 2027. A "Drops and Wins" campaign quotes up to £7,350,000 in total prizes, with "Max Rewards £3K" and weekly wheel drops, running to 3 March 2027. "Pick a Vault" is a free daily pick for selected customers only, with prizes valid for 24 hours and cash prizes up to £100.
The loyalty scheme is the one item with a rate published. Rialto Coins are "Awarded on real money bets only" and are "Exchangeable at rate 1,000 points = £1 bonus", credited the following day. The page does not say how many coins a pound staked earns, so the rate of return on play cannot be worked out, and what arrives is bonus money rather than cash, with bonus rules attached.
Lobby of "over 400" slots: six studios in the copy, and exclusives you will not find elsewhere
Rialto is a smaller lobby than its marketing tone suggests. The slots page heading says "OVER 400 SLOTS GAMES TO TRY!", and the body text repeats the figure. That is below the 500-title step our library criterion starts at, so this criterion scores zero here whatever the studio mix. The number is the casino's own and we have not counted the tiles ourselves.
The same copy names six studios: IGT, Scientific Games, DaGacube, Eyecon, Play’n Go and Microgaming. The about page names Rainbow Riches, Cleopatra and Pixies of the Forest among the titles you will find, which places the lobby firmly in the classic British fruit-and-feature tradition rather than the high-volatility end of the market. The lobby rows we captured include Megaways, Classics, Drops & Wins, Scratchcards, Jackpot Hunt, Lucky Taps and a Big Bass Jackpot Bonanza shelf.
One claim is specific enough to be useful: four progressive games — Lady Luck Deluxe, Cash Scoop, Amazing Heroes and Cute and Cuddly — are described as "proprietary software of Rialto Casino" that "cannot be played on any other platform". We have not checked that against the sister sites, but it is the sort of detail that decides whether one Rank brand is worth an account when you already hold another.
On return to player, the site mentions the term without giving a figure for any game. The terms point elsewhere: section 2.2 says a game's help screen carries "applicable pay-tables and theoretical return-to-player information". That is where a player should look before a first spin, and it is better than nothing, but a figure you can only read inside the game is not a published RTP policy. Our transparency criterion scores it at zero, and no testing house is named anywhere we read.
Live casino at Rialto: 25 live tables on the page, Evolution labels and stakes up to £75,000
The live-casino page is where Rialto shows more than it says. The written copy on it is generic — it credits live games to "NetEnt, Microgaming and International Game Technology (IGT)", which does not match what the tiles show. The tiles themselves, read from the captured page, name 33 games, 25 of them with "Live" in the title. Four carry an explicit "- Evolution" label: Live XXXTreme Lightning Roulette, Live Blackjack Silver, Live No Commission Baccarat and Live Auto-Roulette La Partage.
The rest reads like a standard Evolution-heavy lobby: Crazy Time, Monopoly, Funky Time, Lightning Storm, Crazy Pachinko, Red Door Roulette, Golden Wealth Baccarat, ONE Blackjack, Lightning Blackjack and three poker variants — Caribbean Stud, Casino Hold`em and Ultimate Texas Hold`em. One tile is simply called "Live from London". The page does not explain it, and we do not guess where it is streamed from.
Stake ranges are printed on the tiles and are wide. Game shows start at £0.10. One roulette tile runs to £75,000, and one blackjack tile to £10,000, while another blackjack table opens at £50 and a third at £250. Baccarat tiles mostly start at £1 or £5, and the poker tables open at 50p.
Our rubric wants 30 or more live tables across two studios for full marks. With 25 live tiles visible from outside and only one studio named on them, the criterion stays at two points of four, and the tile count is a floor: the full lobby lists more only to a logged-in account.
Withdrawal and banking: five routes out, £10 floors and a 15-minute claim
The banking page lists six methods and marks, for each, whether it deposits and withdraws: Visa and Mastercard debit, PayPal, Apple Pay and Instant Bank Transfer work both ways; Paysafecard is deposit only. Every minimum, in and out, is £10.00. Credit cards and American Express cards are refused, including when loaded into Apple Pay. Payments show on your statement as "RIALTO".
On speed, the page makes a strong claim: "Most withdrawals are processed instantly and will be paid into your bank within 15 minutes." It qualifies it for cards whose banks are not on Fast Withdrawals, which take one to three working days. That is the operator's description, not a timing, and our payout criterion stays unassessed until we have withdrawn our own money.
The terms add the parts that affect a first withdrawal. Section 13.1 opens: "We never charge fees on withdrawals." A first bank transfer needs a statement showing name, address, sort code and account number. Section 12.1 limits withdrawals to methods you have deposited with, and the banking page adds a net-deposit rule that sends money to the method with the highest deposits-minus-withdrawals total. Someone who funds a Rialto account by Paysafecard should expect their winnings to go somewhere else — and to more checks before they do.
Verification is not optional or late. The terms list the documents that may be requested, from passport and driving licence to a deed poll or a photograph of you holding your ID, and state that withdrawals are not possible until the initial checks are complete. Sending documents on the day you register is the cheapest way to make the 15-minute claim relevant to you.
Licensee: Rank Interactive (Gibraltar), twelve domains, and a self-exclusion page that names another company
Rialto Casino is a trading brand, not a company. The operator is Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Ltd, registered in Gibraltar under number 120385 and described in its terms as a wholly owned subsidiary of The Rank Group Plc. For British players it holds Gambling Commission account 57924, and the footer prints that number; the register entry matches, checked 16 October 2026. The entry carries five active licences — bingo, casino, gambling software and two betting classes — the oldest dated 11 March 2022, and lists twelve domains, among them Grosvenor Casinos, The Vic, Mecca Bingo, Lucky VIP and Magical Vegas.
We found no published case against this licensee in the Commission's enforcement feed we mirror. That feed reaches back to March 2021, a year before the oldest licence on the entry, so the clean record is complete for the licence's life — and that life is four and a half years.
The shared company matters to a player in specific ways. Terms section 21.6 says a self-exclusion "will apply to all of our websites and associated mobile apps". Rialto's own safer-gambling page says something different: that self-exclusion "will apply to all accounts that are operated by Daub Alderney Limited". Daub Alderney is not the licensee, and the name appears nowhere else we read. The terms are the contract and they give the wider protection, but a player relying on the help page would be reading an out-of-date statement. We have not asked Rialto which one it applies.
Take a Break works the opposite way. The safer-gambling page says only the Rialto account is locked, for 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, 1 month or 6 weeks, and "accounts with any of our sister sites" are unaffected. Players on several Rank brands at once should set limits on each.
Support and safer gambling: a help portal with topics, no contact line, and the tools that are listed
Rialto's help portal, as captured, is a search box and five topic headings — Managing Your Account, Payments, Slots & Live Casino, Promotions and Safer Gambling. It gives no chat button, e-mail address or telephone number. The safer-gambling page says you can "contact our Customer Support team at any time", but the only phone numbers on that page belong to GamCare and Gambling Therapy. We looked for a round-the-clock chat line, an e-mail address and a phone number, found none on the captured pages, and we score what a prospective player can find. The response-time criteria need timed contacts we have not made.
The tools themselves are set out plainly. Deposit limits can be daily, weekly or monthly, set from the cashier, and the page suggests setting deposit, wagering and loss limits before you begin. Game session reminders appear at an interval you choose and count real-money bets only. Self-exclusion runs from six months to five years with no cooling-off period, forfeits bonuses and loyalty points, and after it ends the account reopens only after the safer gambling team, contacting you within three working days, has reviewed a questionnaire. The page warns that marketing may still arrive for up to 21 days.
Complaints go to customer services first and should be made within six months; terms section 24.3 cuts that to seven days for anything about how a game played or settled. After that, British players can take the dispute to IBAS. Mobile use and app parity need a funded account on a handset, and like support timing they stay unassessed here.
Where Rialto sits in this catalogue
Rialto is the budget entrance to a well-documented company. Its welcome offer needs £10, not £20, its banking page is specific, its terms say withdrawal fees are never charged, and its live lobby is broader than the "Live Casino" copy on the same page admits.
The weaknesses are equally specific: a slots lobby under 500 titles, a daily offer priced at ten times the wagering its sisters ask, no support contact visible from outside, and a safer-gambling page that names the wrong company for self-exclusion. The full welcome rules were not captured, so the bonus axis is left out rather than guessed.
The score is built from fifty-five points of our hundred-point method, from pages read on 19 September 2026. Withdrawal timing, mobile use and support response stay unassessed until we have an account with money in it.
Banking & Payments
Read from Rialto Casino's own banking page on 19 September 2026. Processing is stated once for every method: Most withdrawals are processed instantly and will be paid into your bank within 15 minutes..
Deposit with (6)
Withdraw to
The pages we read list deposit methods but do not say which of them can receive a withdrawal. Most UK casinos pay back to the method that funded the account, but that is a convention rather than something this operator has published — ask before you deposit with a method you would not want to be paid to.
Games & studios
The 3 studios Rialto Casino names on its own pages, across 400+ titles by its own count. A studio listed here means its games are in the lobby — not which of them, or at what return.
What the operator's own documents say
Every line below was read from Rialto Casino's own banking, help and terms pages on 19 September 2026, and each page was stored with a checksum so the reading can be re-checked. Nothing here is our own measurement: it is what the casino publishes about itself, which is a different and weaker kind of evidence.

Who you are actually playing with
A casino brand is not a company. Rialto Casino is operated by Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited, and that company — not the brand on the homepage — is the party holding your money, answering a complaint and appearing in the regulator's records. Its oldest active UKGC licence has run since March 2022. Everything the register holds on it — licences, sites, trading names and any regulatory action — is on our Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited register page.
Other sites run by the same company
These 14 domains are registered to Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited in the same register entry. This matters for three practical reasons: a self-exclusion applied by the operator normally covers all of them, your verification documents are usually recognised across them, and a “different casino” offering you a fresh welcome bonus may be the same company you already have an account with.
Sister brands we have reviewed
5 other brands in our catalogue are operated by Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited. Their reviews are built from the same register entry and carry the same enforcement record as this page, because a penalty lands on the company rather than on the brand name.
Trading names on the same licence
Names Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited has registered with the regulator. A name missing from this list is not proof of anything — operators only have to register the ones they trade under — but a name that is here can be tied to this licence.
Regulatory action on record
No published Gambling Commission enforcement case is tied to the company behind Rialto Casino in the feed we mirror. That is a clean record in the regulator's own published cases — it is not a statement that nothing has ever gone wrong, and it does not cover complaints settled privately or matters still open.

A small, low-stakes casino brand run by Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Ltd under account 57924, with a footer that matches the register and IBAS named for disputes. The £10 route into 100 spins, the £10 banking floors and a stated no-fee withdrawal policy suit a cautious player, and the live lobby holds more Evolution tables than its copy lets on. Against that, the slots lobby claims only "over 400" titles, the daily spins carry 10x wagering, no support contact was visible and the welcome offer's full rules were not on any page we captured.
