Mecca Bingo
We publish a welcome offer only after reading its full terms on the operator's own UK page on a recorded date. We have not managed that for Mecca Bingo yet, so there is no figure to quote and no link to follow — the rest of the review stands on the licence, the register and the documents we could read.

Offer choice at Mecca: a £20 bingo bonus or 50 free spins, from a £5 deposit
Mecca Bingo's welcome is the only one on this licence that asks you to choose. The promotions page headline is "Bingo or Slots, the choice is yours!", and the summary reads: "Make your first deposit and get a £20 Bingo Bonus or 50 Free Spins." The small print is short: "New players. Claim only one Welcome offer. Min deposit £5, (Excl. Paypal & Paysafe). Min spend £5. Individual bonus T&Cs apply."
A £5 entry point is the lowest we have seen on a Rank site, and the choice matters for a casino player. The £20 bingo bonus is for bingo rooms; the 50 free spins are the casino option. Everything else a player needs to price either — wagering, the value of each spin, the game the spins are for, how long either lasts, and any cap on winnings — is in "Individual bonus T&Cs" that were not among our captures. We cannot say which option is worth more, and our bonus criteria stay out of the score for this review.
One phrase deserves care. Elsewhere on the same page, a slots leaderboard called "Lucky Rush" says "No wagering". That applies to leaderboard prizes, not to the welcome offer, and it should not be read as a promise about the 50 spins. When the spins' own rules are in front of you, our wagering calculator will show what clearing them costs.
PayPal is ruled out twice: the offer excludes it, and the banking page says "PayPal is not available for first time deposits/welcome offer." Use a debit card, Apple Pay or a bank transfer for the first deposit if you want the offer.
After the welcome, the casino-side promotions are opt-in campaigns on selected slots. "Mecca's Mystery Parcel" drops £40,000 in cash surprises at random, each up to £1,000, until 30 September 2026. "Drops and Wins" advertises £25 million in prizes with "Max Rewards £3K" and weekly wheel drops to 3 March 2027, and "Rewards Burst" a share of £5 million to 20 August 2027, minimum bet £0.10. "Kong’s Barrel Blast" is a free daily pick for eligible players, with a share of £250 in cash each week among the prizes. The slots promotions that need a code take it in the account area, under "My Bonuses", while bingo codes go in through a barcode icon in the bingo lobby — two different places for two halves of the same site.
Bingo or casino: what Mecca Bingo actually sells, and which part this review scores
Mecca Bingo is a bingo brand first, and its promotions page makes the order plain. The bingo offers come first: an hour of free bingo in the Penny Lane room every evening from 7pm to 8pm, "Ten free games" with guaranteed prizes; a hosted live bingo show on Fridays from 8pm to 10pm in the Dab & Blab Live room, advertised with "£240K+ monthly"; and daily "Premiere Jackpots", with a Diamond jackpot that resets at £10,000.
Then come the club promotions, which have nothing to do with the website: "The Big £3 Deal" week, "2 Play For £6" on paper tickets, drinks deals, new dishes on the club menu, and a National Bingo Game jackpot raised to £250,000 for a full house in 14 numbers or fewer. These are for Mecca's physical bingo halls. We have not visited one and do not score them.
The casino is the third layer. The site's menu carries Slots, Slingo, New Games, Arcade and Jackpots beside Bingo, and a separate casino page covers roulette, blackjack, poker and live dealer games. That casino offering is what this review scores, on the same method as a casino-only brand. Bingo rooms, ticket prices and club offers are described for context and left out of the points.
It matters because the brand's pages are written for bingo players. Where a casino player needs a detail — which studio runs the live tables, how many games the casino tab holds — the answer is often thinner here than on a casino-led site such as Magical Vegas or Rialto, owned by the same company.
Licensee and licences: Rank Interactive online, Mecca Bingo Limited in the clubs
Two licences and two companies sit behind the Mecca name, and the footer states both. Online play is run by Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Ltd, company 120385 in Gibraltar, under Gambling Commission account 57924; the register entry matches, checked 16 October 2026. The same footer adds: "Licensed and regulated by The Gambling Commission under licence 2396 for customers playing in our land-based bingo clubs." The club terms name the club operator as Mecca Bingo Limited, company number 01854120.
For an online player, the company that matters is Rank Interactive. Its register entry holds five active licences, the oldest from 11 March 2022, and twelve domains, among them Grosvenor Casinos, Lucky VIP, Magical Vegas, Rialto Casino and a second Mecca domain, meccagames.com. Rank Interactive itself is not named in the Commission's feed. The site is a different matter: meccabingo.com is named in the settlement of 20 January 2022, in which Rank Digital Gaming (Alderney) Limited paid £700,557 of a £1,312,557 total. Our mirror reaches back to March 2021.
Here the pages we captured fall short. The terms page we captured is the "Mecca Bingo House Terms", which govern entry to the clubs, how a caller's number counts, paper books and Mecca Max electronic terminals. They are not the online terms. So the rules that govern an online account — when verification is required, what documents are accepted, how complaints escalate and to whom — were not read for this review, and we do not borrow them from the sister sites.
Two club rules should not be mistaken for online ones. The house terms say "Mecca Max players are only permitted to perform cash withdrawals from their funds up to a maximum of £1,000 per day", and they allow a £10 annual charge on Max accounts dormant for 12 months. Both are about in-club Max terminal accounts, not about withdrawals from the website.
Withdrawal options: £5 minimums, PayPal limits, and cash collected at a club
Mecca's payment page differs from its casino sisters in three useful ways. The first is the floor: Visa and Mastercard debit, Apple Pay and Instant Bank Transfer take deposits from £5.00 and pay out from £5.00, and Paysafecard deposits from £5.00 but does not pay out. PayPal is the exception, with a £10.00 deposit minimum, a £5.00 withdrawal minimum and no use for a first deposit.
The second is a withdrawal route that only a brand with high-street halls can offer. "Mecca Cash Out" lets you ask the support team for a withdrawal and "collect the cash before 9 PM on the same day at the club of your choice", bringing your membership card and valid photo ID. The page sets a £10.00 minimum and a £100.00 maximum, and adds that "Bonus balances can't be withdrawn". For a small win and a club nearby it turns a balance into cash in hand the same evening; for anything over £100 it is not available.
The third is what stays the same. The page repeats the group's description that most withdrawals reach the bank within 15 minutes through Fast Withdrawals, with other card payouts taking one to three working days, and the net-deposit rule that sends winnings to the method you have put the most into. Credit cards and American Express are refused. Payments appear on statements as "MECCABINGO".
The same page sets the usual identity condition: the name on any payment method must match the name on the Mecca account, and the operator says it is entitled to assume you are using your own money. A player who has deposited through Paysafecard, which cannot receive payouts, should expect extra identity checks before winnings go to another method.
We have not made a withdrawal, so the payout-time criterion is not assessed. The fee position is also unscored: the online terms, which on the sister sites rule out withdrawal fees, were not among our captures for Mecca, and the payment page itself does not mention fees. We would expect the same policy but do not score an expectation.
Games in the casino tab: Playtech, Mecca Originals and one live table read in full
The casino page names one supplier outright: "our Casino tab is populated by games selected specially from the leading developer, Playtech." No title count is given, so our library criterion stays unassessed. The page lists jackpot families — Daily Jackpots, Jackpot King and Mega Jackpot — and names its most popular games: Luck O' The Rainbow and Buffalo Wild, both described as Mecca Originals, together with Rainbow Riches, Fluffy Favourites and Chilli Con Cash. Among table games it names Immersive Roulette and Party Blackjack, and for live play Deal or No Deal Live and Live Lightning Blackjack.
The descriptions of those popular slots are more concrete than most lobby copy. Luck O' The Rainbow is given 20 paylines with Pots O' Cash Re-Spins, a Lock and Win Spin and free spins. Buffalo Wild is described with 1,024 ways to win and 2x or 3x multipliers in its free-spins round. Rainbow Riches is listed as a five-reel, 20-payline game with its Road to Riches, Pots of Gold and Wishing Well bonuses. None comes with a return figure, which is where the casino page stops short.
The live page we captured is a single game rather than a lobby. Live Lightning Blackjack is shown with stakes of 50p to £2,500, a maximum payout of £250,000, and "RTP: 99.56%", repeated in its terms line. That is the return of one blackjack variant, published on its own game page. It is not a casino-wide figure and says nothing about the slots, where return settings vary most. We did not capture enough game pages to say whether every Mecca game prints its RTP the same way.
With one live game in view, our live-dealer criterion is held at the capped level for a lobby we cannot count. The Mecca Bingo app is advertised for Android and iOS; we have not used it, and mobile criteria are not assessed. No testing house is named on the pages we read.
On free play, the casino page says that once you have joined "you can choose to try out many of our games without spending any money". That is demo play behind a registration rather than in front of it. It still lets you look at a game before staking, but you give your details first.
Support at Mecca Bingo: a live help chat and a 24/7 phone line, as the casino page describes them
Mecca is the only brand of the four in this group of reviews whose pages describe a way to reach support. The casino page says: "simply click the 'Live Help' icon to chat with a helpful member of our team in real-time", and a few paragraphs later that "you can always call our professional 24/7 customer support service". The footer also links a page called "How Chat Works".
Neither description comes with a phone number or an opening line from the help portal itself, which lists topics — including two that no casino sister has, "Local Club" and "Mecca App" — but no contact details. So the channels are a stated promise rather than something we could see and try. We credit what the page states and have not timed a contact, so the response and answer-quality criteria are not assessed.
The Cash Out service described above also runs through support: the payment page says the withdrawal is requested "by contacting our Support Team", not from the cashier. Anyone planning to collect winnings at a club should therefore allow for reaching support first, and for the 9pm collection deadline on the same day. Without a published opening time for that team, we cannot say how late in the day a request is still worth making.
Safer gambling at Mecca: reminders from ten minutes, and limits set in the account
Mecca's safer-gambling page is shorter than its sister sites' and more direct. Net deposit limits can be set daily, weekly or monthly. Take a Break locks the account "from 24 hours to 6 weeks". Reality checks can be set "every 10 to 60 minutes", a shorter minimum interval than the 15 minutes quoted by The Vic. Self-exclusion blocks access "for 6 months to 5 years". The page links GamCare's free self-assessment and a friends-and-family community, and recommends GAMSTOP, GambleAware and GamCare as outside help.
What the page does not say is how far a Mecca self-exclusion reaches. Its sister casino sites, run by the same company, say theirs covers every account operated by Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited; the online terms that would confirm the same for Mecca were not captured. The house terms add a separate rule for the clubs: exclusion from one club, or through a national scheme, bars you from all Mecca Bingo clubs for at least six months.
Complaints are the other gap. The club terms point to a Duty Manager and a complaints-policy page, and no alternative dispute resolution body is named on anything we read. That scores zero on our complaint-route criterion, and it would change if the online terms name one.
Mecca Bingo, for a casino player
For someone who wants casino games with low stakes and a real-world safety net, Mecca has things its sisters do not: a £5 entry to the welcome offer, £5 withdrawals, cash collection at a club, and a support chat and phone line described on the casino page. The footer and register agree, and the online and club licences are kept distinct.
For a casino player the weaknesses are about what is missing from view: the offer terms, the online terms, a named dispute body and a live lobby that can be counted. The score is calculated on forty-three points of the method, from pages read on 19 September 2026; withdrawal timing, mobile use and support response wait for a funded account.

The banking page names these payout routes, in its own words: Visa. Where it says only “debit card” or “e-wallet”, it does not say which brands, so we do not tick individual ones for it.

Every line below was read from Mecca Bingo's own banking, help and terms pages on 19 September 2026, and each page was stored with a checksum so the reading can be re-checked. Nothing here is our own measurement: it is what the casino publishes about itself, which is a different and weaker kind of evidence.

Who you are actually playing with
A casino brand is not a company. Mecca Bingo is operated by Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited, and that company — not the brand on the homepage — is the party holding your money, answering a complaint and appearing in the regulator's records. Its oldest active UKGC licence has run since March 2022. Everything the register holds on it — licences, sites, trading names and any regulatory action — is on our Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited register page.
Other sites run by the same company
These 14 domains are registered to Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited in the same register entry. This matters for three practical reasons: a self-exclusion applied by the operator normally covers all of them, your verification documents are usually recognised across them, and a “different casino” offering you a fresh welcome bonus may be the same company you already have an account with.
Sister brands we have reviewed
5 other brands in our catalogue are operated by Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited. Their reviews are built from the same register entry and carry the same enforcement record as this page, because a penalty lands on the company rather than on the brand name.
Trading names on the same licence
Names Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited has registered with the regulator. A name missing from this list is not proof of anything — operators only have to register the ones they trade under — but a name that is here can be tied to this licence.
Regulatory action on record
The Gambling Commission publishes the action it takes against its licensees: fines, regulatory settlements and licence suspensions. Below is every published statement we can tie to the company behind Mecca Bingo, or to this site by name — not an allegation from a forum, and not our opinion, but a regulator's own record of what it found and what it cost. A fine is not automatically a reason to avoid a casino: what matters is what it was for and whether the same failure could reach your money.
