We publish a welcome offer only after reading its full terms on the operator's own UK page on a recorded date. We have not managed that for Vegas Wins yet, so there is no figure to quote and no link to follow — the rest of the review stands on the licence, the register and the documents we could read.

Pros

✓The footer licence reference, #57869, is the account the Gambling Commission register gives Grace Media (Gibraltar) Limited, and vegaswins.co.uk is listed under it
✓The About page says support is "on hand around the clock", and the terms name live chat and email as complaint channels
✓Disputes go to eCOGRA free of charge, and its decision binds the operator but not the player
✓A self-exclusion here closes the account on every website in the Grace Media network
✓No published enforcement case against the licensee in the Commission's feed we mirror, which covers the licence's whole life
–

Cons

✕Two different welcome offers are advertised: 50 free spins on the promotions page and a 200% slot bonus with 40x wagering on the live casino page
✕The spins offer states no wagering requirement and no cap on winnings, in either direction
✕The banking, withdrawals and verification addresses all returned a 404, so no payout time or fee is published
✕The live casino page names no studio and no table in its text
✕No support email address or phone number is printed on any page we captured
✕Customer money is rated "Not protected" if the company becomes insolvent
BONUSES NEEDS OUR ACCOUNT

Offer: 50 spins on one page, a 200% bonus at 40x on another

Vegas Wins advertises two welcome offers, and which one you see depends on where you land. The promotions page, read on a date we have not recorded, describes a free-spin package: "Select this promotion, deposit £20+ and wager £20 cash on slots to receive 50 Free Spins on Big Bass Football Bonanza. Spin value 10p." The spins arrive within seven days of qualifying and expire seven days after that, one claim per customer, and the page adds that the bonus is claimed from the "My Promotions" section of the account.

The live casino page carries a different banner: "First deposit only. 200% up to 20 Slot Bonus. Min deposit £10. Credited within 7 days. 40x wagering, £100 max conversion." The amount has no currency sign, so we read it as £20 only because every other figure on the site is in pounds.

The two are not remotely equivalent, and the arithmetic shows why. The spins are worth £5 at face value and, at a typical 96% slot, return about £4.80, while staking the qualifying £20 costs roughly 80p in expectation. If the 40x applies to the bonus alone, the 200% bonus at its £20 ceiling needs 40 times £20 — £800 of slot turnover — before any of it converts, which costs around £32 in expectation at the same return, against a bonus of £20. Put through our wagering calculator, the match offer is worth less than nothing to an average player, and the £100 conversion cap limits the upside for anyone who beats the average.

Neither page settles which offer is current. The spins wording is the fuller of the two, but it says nothing about wagering on the spin winnings — not a multiple and not "no wagering" — and nothing about a cap. The group terms rank promotion-specific terms first and promise that the terms shown at opt-in are the ones honoured, so choose the offer in the account, read what it says there, and keep a screenshot. Until one offer can be read in full, the bonus criteria on this page are unassessed.

Whichever offer you take, the group rules on play during a promotion apply. The terms list as bonus abuse any roulette pattern that covers 24 or more numbers, all three dozens or all three columns, a high qualifying stake followed by a sharp drop in stake size, and progression systems such as Martingale, Fibonacci and Labouchere. Outside promotions the roulette threshold is looser — covering 35 or more numbers is the line — but the principle is the same. Breaches can cost bonus funds, winnings derived from them and, in the worst case, the account.

Licence 57869, and what a white-label domain means for a player

The footer is consistent across every page we captured: "Vegas Wins Casino is operated by Grace Media (Gibraltar) Limited of Sovereign Place 117 Main Street, Gibraltar", licensed by the Gambling Commission under reference #57869 and by the Gibraltar Gambling Commission under RGL No.125, with the software licensed under RGL No.118. The terms add the Gibraltar company number, 120628.

In the register, account 57869 belongs to Grace Media (Gibraltar) Limited, and vegaswins.co.uk is listed on it with the status "White Label", checked on 16 October 2026. The company runs the licence and the software platform, and the brand sits on top of it. For a player the distinction is mostly academic: the licensee named in the footer is the company responsible for your money, your verification and your complaint.

The company's register entry is sizeable and untidy in the way long domain lists usually are. It shows 71 domains: 3 active, 15 white labels — among them the Fortune Mobile Casino and Jackpot Mobile Casino sites we have already reviewed — and 53 marked inactive. Five licences are active, the oldest from 9 March 2022, covering casino, bingo, gambling software and two kinds of general betting. Our enforcement mirror reaches back to March 2021 and holds no case against the company.

The network has one practical consequence worth repeating. Self-exclusion requested here applies "across all Websites in our Network", so the other white-label brands on this licence close to you as well. Promotions are also limited to one per person, household, address, device and payment method on each site, which matters in a shared home.

One more clause fits a register with this many inactive domains. The terms allow Grace Media to transfer its obligations to another company, inside its group or to a buyer, with notice of the date; from then on your agreement is with the new entity, and your remedy if you object is to close the account.

Withdrawal pages that return a 404, and the rules that apply anyway

Vegas Wins runs on two addresses: a marketing site at www.vegaswins.co.uk, whose footer credits Mediacle with its design, and the casino itself on casino.vegaswins.co.uk. The banking, withdrawals and verification pages we requested on the marketing site returned 404 errors on 19 September 2026. The help centre on the casino address lists a "Deposits and Withdrawals" section — and a second one headed "Deposits and Withdrawals None UK", which suggests the platform also serves players outside Britain — but the answers themselves were not in our capture.

That leaves the Grace Media terms, dated 14 August 2026, as the only published rulebook for money. They set a £5 minimum deposit and a £10 minimum withdrawal; a smaller withdrawal is possible only by asking live chat, and the minimum is waived when you close the account. Payment goes to the last method you deposited with unless that route has closed or failed, in which case it goes to a bank account in your name.

The terms say payment-specific limits and timeframes may be published "from time to time". We found none. The About page says "withdrawals are swift", which is an adjective, not a timeframe. No fee is mentioned. We have not taken money out ourselves, so the payout criteria stay unassessed.

The terms ban credit cards, company cards, cryptocurrency and third-party methods, and set a £2,000 limit on the operator's liability for most losses that are not tied to a specific stake or misplaced funds. And, as at every Grace Media brand we have read, customer money is rated "Not protected – segregation of customer funds": held separately, but part of the company's assets in an insolvency. Leave only what you intend to play with on the balance.

Forgotten balances are dealt with slowly but safely. An account counts as inactive after twelve months with no login or gambling, and the terms promise no inactivity fee and a message explaining how to get back in, with re-verification before reactivation. After 24 months the account is closed and any positive balance goes back to the last payment method used; if that fails, the money is held and can be claimed later, subject to checks.

HOW PAYOUTS SCORED
– Withdrawal time, measured not assessed Not assessed: we have not withdrawn our own money from this casino.
– Fees & limits not assessed Not assessed: the banking pages we captured state neither a withdrawal fee nor a limit.
◐ Verification 2/3 5 documents listed in advance, without saying at what point they are asked for.
– Method coverage not assessed Not assessed: the site lists deposit methods without saying which of them pay out.
PAYOUTS 6.7/10 2 of 3 checked points

Verification: electronic checks first, and no fixed moment for documents

The site's own verification page returned a 404, and the help centre points to a "Document Request Guidance" page we did not capture. The terms carry the detail. Checks start electronically — credit reference agencies, fraud databases and address matching, leaving a soft footprint that does not touch your credit score — and documents are requested when those checks are inconclusive or suggest risk.

Identity can be proved with a UK passport or driving licence, a UK armed forces card, other UK government identification or a foreign passport; address with a bank statement, council tax bill, fixed-line utility bill, NHS letter or a letter from HMRC or the DWP, dated within three months. A dated selfie, statements and open banking access can be added to that.

The terms are honest that there is no single point at which documents are asked for. They may come at any stage, including for the first time at withdrawal "where a risk indicator only becomes apparent" then, with the balance held while they are reviewed. The operator promises not to request documents "solely to delay a withdrawal". Our method scores a document list without a stated moment at two of three, and the defence is the same everywhere: send proof of address before it is needed.

Live casino page: brochure text, nine tiles and no studio named

The live casino page reads like a brochure written some years ago. It promises tables streamed "from popular casino destinations across the world", dealers speaking "your native language", a pit boss "walking through the live gaming room" and 3D as well as classic formats. It never names a studio, a table or a limit in its text.

The page code behind it does carry nine game tiles, each with a Demo button: Live Blackjack Pro, VIP Blackjack Live, Live Roulette, Live Roulette NetEnt, Live Roulette Pro NetEnt, Lightning Roulette Live, Baccarat Live, Dragon Tiger Live and Football Studio. The tile images were uploaded in 2018, and one game panel gives a £2,500 maximum payout for Baccarat Live. That is a marketing page's selection rather than the lobby, which sits on the casino address and opens only to a logged-in account, so the live-dealer criterion stays unassessed.

The same gap applies to the slot library: none of the pages we captured gives a title count or a studio list. The terms say return-to-player information is inside each game's help or information menu, which is a pointer rather than a published figure, and we score it that way. The marketing site's Demo buttons suggest free play exists on some titles, but we have not tried them, so demo play is unassessed too.

The navigation shows the shape of the offer better than the copy does: Slots, Live Casino, Scratch Cards, Mobile, Promotions and a blog across the top, with Online Bingo and Online Roulette pages linked from the footer. What sits behind each heading on the casino side could not be counted from our captures, and mobile play, like the lobby, needs a funded account and a real phone before we can say anything about it.

HOW GAMES SCORED
– Library & provider mix not assessed Not assessed: no studio list or title count read from the operator's own pages.
✕ RTP transparency 0/6 RTP is mentioned but no figure is published, which tells a player nothing about what this lobby runs.
– Live dealer not assessed Not assessed: the live lobby could not be read without an account.
– Demo play before deposit not assessed Not assessed: demo play not tried on this lobby yet.
SUPPORT 10.0/10 1 of 1 checked points

Support "around the clock" by live chat, with eCOGRA for disputes

The About page on the casino address says the support team is "on hand around the clock", and the help centre's support menu offers live chat. The terms say complaints can be raised through "live chat and email". What we could not find is the email address itself, or any telephone number: no contact details beyond the chat link appear on the pages we captured, and the only phone number printed is BeGambleAware's. We have not opened a chat, so response time and quality are unassessed.

The complaint procedure has three dates. An acknowledgement within 5 working days, a final response within 15 working days of that, and an absolute limit of eight weeks for complex cases. After the final response, or after eight weeks, the dispute can go to eCOGRA within twelve months; it costs nothing and covers gambling transactions, payments and promotions, though not general service complaints.

eCOGRA also appears as a logo in the footer. A logo is not a test result: no dated certificate or report is published, and the About page's "independently tested RNG technology" names no test house. Independent testing therefore scores zero.

HOW SUPPORT SCORED
– First response, timed not assessed Not assessed: scored from three timed live-chat contacts, which we have not made here.
– Answer quality not assessed Not assessed: scored from three timed live-chat contacts, which we have not made here.

Safer-gambling tools, and where Vegas Wins leaves you

The safer-gambling page lists its topics — deposit limits, reality checks, take a break, self-exclusion, GAMSTOP, online account history, a friends-and-family section and self-assessment — and the terms supply the figures. Deposit limits are net of withdrawals and can be daily, weekly or monthly; a time-out runs from 24 hours to 30 days; self-exclusion from six months to five years, actioned within 24 hours of a request by chat or email and impossible to cancel once it starts.

Two clauses are easy to miss. After an internal self-exclusion ends the account stays shut for seven more years unless you actively ask to return, and returning involves a phone interview and a 24-hour pause. And using a VPN from outside Great Britain is treated as a breach that can cost any winnings above your net deposits for the period of the breach.

Account history is a quieter tool that deserves more use. Regulation requires the operator to prompt you with your account and transaction history every six months, and the terms let you shorten that to every one or three months. Seeing a quarter's net deposits in one figure is a blunter reminder than any reality-check pop-up, and it costs nothing to switch on.

Vegas Wins is a white-label brand on a licence whose paperwork is in order and whose terms are thorough. The site built around it is not: two welcome offers that cannot both be current, banking pages that no longer exist, a live page that names nothing and no printed contact address. Forty-two points of our method could be assessed from outside, read on 19 September 2026; payouts, support speed and mobile play wait on an account of our own.

What the operator's own documents say

Every line below was read from Vegas Wins's own banking, help and terms pages on 19 September 2026, and each page was stored with a checksum so the reading can be re-checked. Nothing here is our own measurement: it is what the casino publishes about itself, which is a different and weaker kind of evidence.

Who you are actually playing with

A casino brand is not a company. Vegas Wins is operated by Grace Media (Gibraltar) Limited, and that company — not the brand on the homepage — is the party holding your money, answering a complaint and appearing in the regulator's records. Its oldest active UKGC licence has run since March 2022. Everything the register holds on it — licences, sites, trading names and any regulatory action — is on our Grace Media (Gibraltar) Limited register page.

Other sites run by the same company

These 71 domains are registered to Grace Media (Gibraltar) Limited in the same register entry. This matters for three practical reasons: a self-exclusion applied by the operator normally covers all of them, your verification documents are usually recognised across them, and a “different casino” offering you a fresh welcome bonus may be the same company you already have an account with.

Sister brands we have reviewed

Trading names on the same licence

Names Grace Media (Gibraltar) Limited has registered with the regulator. A name missing from this list is not proof of anything — operators only have to register the ones they trade under — but a name that is here can be tied to this licence.

Regulatory action on record

No published Gambling Commission enforcement case is tied to the company behind Vegas Wins in the feed we mirror. That is a clean record in the regulator's own published cases — it is not a statement that nothing has ever gone wrong, and it does not cover complaints settled privately or matters still open.

EDITOR'S VERDICT
7.1/10 · 42 of 100 assessed

A white-label casino on Grace Media (Gibraltar) Limited's licence, where the footer reference 57869 matches the register and the group terms are detailed and fair on complaints, with eCOGRA as a free final step. The site around those terms is thin. It advertises two welcome offers — 50 spins on Big Bass Football Bonanza, or a 200% slot bonus at 40x — with no wagering stated for the spins, its banking and verification pages return 404, the live page names no studio, and no support email or phone number is printed. Customer funds are not protected.
