Pros
Cons
Offer: 50 spins for £10 of slot bets, with 1x wagering
The casino welcome offer is printed as a single line on the live casino banner, and it is specific. Deposit at least £10, stake £10 on slots, and 50 bonus spins land on Big Bass Splash. The spins are worth £0.10 each, so £5 in all. Winnings carry 1x wagering, with a £1 maximum contribution to wagering, a £100 cap on what can be cashed out from them and a seven-day expiry. The promo code is MATE50, and the offer is limited to "selected payment methods".
Where the terms appear matters. The welcome card on the promotions page reads only "50 BONUS SPINS on the UK's favourite Big Bass Splash with your lucky first bet", with no deposit, value, wagering or cap next to it. The figures above come from a banner on the live casino page. A player who reads only the promotions page sees the headline without the conditions, which is the wrong way round.
The value is small and easy to work out. Fifty spins at ten pence turn over £5, and at a typical slot return of around 96% they leave something close to £4.80 in winnings. One further pass through that £4.80 costs about 20p in expectation. The £10 of qualifying slot stakes costs about 40p more. That leaves a realistic value of a little over £4 on a £10 deposit, positive and modest. Our wagering calculator runs the same sum for any offer.
The £100 cash-out cap only matters on a large hit, twenty times the value of the spins. If the spins return £150, one pass of wagering still applies, and £100 is the most that can leave the account from them. The "£1 max contribution to wagering" line is less clear. It most likely means that no single bet counts for more than £1 towards the 1x requirement, which is a light rule on a £4.80 target. The banner does not explain it further, and the full bonus terms were not among our captures.
The promotions page describes the house approach as "No Wagering Requirements" and says that winnings from bonuses are the player's to withdraw. The welcome banner says 1x. A 1x requirement is about as light as a wagering term gets, but it is not no wagering, and a site that makes no wagering its headline promise should print the same term on its main offer. We score the banner, because the banner carries the numbers.
Bonus spins and prize pools after the first deposit
After the welcome, the casino promotions reward staking volume rather than deposits. Big Bass Boost gives 20 bonus spins for every £200 bet on slots, up to 200 spins a week. Game of the Week gives 20 bonus spins for £50 staked on a named slot. The Weekly Grand is a slots tournament with £1,000 in cash each week, paid to the top 25 and £200 to first place. LuckyMate also carries two network promotions: Drops & Wins from Pragmatic Play with a £25,000,000 pool, and Lucky Rush from Playtech with £5M in cash rewards across 250,000 winners.
Read the thresholds as costs. Two hundred pounds of slot stakes at a 96% return costs about £8 in expectation, and 20 spins come back for it. The spin value for Big Bass Boost and Game of the Week is not stated on the promotions page, so we cannot say whether those spins are worth more or less than that £8. Tournaments and network drops pay cash, but they pay a small share of the players who enter. None of these changes the return on the games themselves.
The page explains how to claim in three steps, sign up, deposit and opt in from the account dashboard, and promises that the minimum qualifying deposit is always shown upfront. It also lists three FAQ questions, including how to withdraw winnings from promotions, but the answers were collapsed in our capture and we did not read them.
The rest of the promotions page is sports offers, including a £10 free bet welcome for the sportsbook. A single LuckyMate account covers both the casino and the sportsbook. This review covers the casino.
Licensee Anakatech Interactive Limited: one account number, ten domains
LuckyMate is a brand, not a company. The footer names the operator as Anakatech Interactive Limited, incorporated in Malta under company number 61918, licensed by the Commission under account 48789 and holding remote operating licence 048789-R-327402-013. The register entry under 48789 agrees, with three active licences, casino and both general betting classes, the oldest from 23 November 2017. We checked it on 16 October 2026. The footer number and the register match, which is the first thing to confirm on any UK site. The footer also gives the registered address, an office building in Gzira, Malta.
The footer also names a second company. The games and platform are supplied by Anakatech Limited, incorporated in the British Virgin Islands and licensed separately under account 48788 for gambling software and game hosting. That is a common split: one company holds the player relationship and the money, and a sister company runs the technology. For a complaint or a withdrawal, Anakatech Interactive Limited is the counterparty.
On the register, account 48789 holds ten domains. Three are marked Active: luckymate.co.uk, luckymatecasino.co.uk and winomania.co.uk. The other seven, among them 7bet.co.uk, betcrown.co.uk and betlegend.co.uk, are marked "White Label". The register does not say who stands behind a white label. For a player, what matters is that a self-exclusion or a verification record held by this licensee usually reaches its other sites as well; ask support to confirm that before you rely on it.
There is no published case against Anakatech Interactive Limited in the Commission's enforcement feed we mirror, which reaches back to March 2021. That covers the last five and a half years of a licence running since November 2017, not all of it.
The licensee also runs 7bet, which we review separately, and the two sites read differently where it counts for a casino player. LuckyMate carries a casino welcome offer and a card-table lobby with blackjack, baccarat and poker sections; 7bet has neither on the pages we read. 7bet prints support hours; LuckyMate does not. The licence, the company and the complaint route are the same for both.
Live casino lobby: six studios, blackjack and baccarat in depth
The live casino page is the most detailed capture we have for this site. Its category counters read 46 game shows, 67 roulette tables, 51 blackjack, 54 baccarat and 14 poker, a total of 232. Those are the operator's own counters rather than our count. The table names under them are not generic, though: Speed Baccarat, Always 9 Baccarat, Mega Sic Bo, ONE Blackjack, Quantum Blackjack+, Live 3 Card Brag and Ultimate Texas Hold'em all appear by name.
Six studios supply it. Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live carry most of the headline tables, and Playtech Live adds Mega Fire Blaze and Quantum formats. Ezugi brings London Live Roulette and Ultimate Roulette, StakeLogic Live runs VIP Classic Auto Roulette, and Creedroomz supplies its own roulette and Casino Hold'em. Six live suppliers is a broad mix, and the lesser names give the roulette section variety beyond the Evolution defaults.
The formats described match the counters. Blackjack runs from classic seven-seat tables to speed and higher-stakes rooms, roulette comes in European, French and Lightning versions, and the poker section is dealer-banked Casino Hold'em and Three Card games rather than player-versus-player poker. The page carries one warning worth repeating: of baccarat it says that the shorter format "Can Make It Easier To Lose Track", and advises setting limits.
The page also shows a search box reading "Search in 1986 games". Whether that figure is the live lobby alone or the whole casino, the page does not say, and we do not quote it as a live table count.
The page promises that table minimums vary and that low-stakes options exist, but it prints no stake range. It also asks players to use deposit limits and reality checks at the tables, which is sensible advice for a format with no pause button. We have not played a live hand here.
Games outside the live lobby were not in our captures
We have no capture of the slots lobby, so there is no studio list or title count for the RNG side of the site. The promotions page mentions Big Bass Splash, Pragmatic Play and Playtech through its network promotions, which tells us those studios are present and nothing about how deep the library goes.
We found no statement on return to player on any page we read. That is different from a statement that the casino does not publish RTP: the pages that might carry it were not captured. The criterion stays unassessed, and the gap is ours.
Withdrawal, banking and verification pages returned "Not Found"
We requested three addresses on luckymate.co.uk for the payments part of this review: the banking page, a withdrawals help page and a verification help page. All three returned the same page, a "Not Found" notice reading "Could not find requested resource" above the standard footer. The text of the three captures is identical. None of them is a source, and nothing in this section comes from them. We requested the same three addresses on 7bet, the sister site on the same platform, and got the same fallback page, which points to how the platform names its help pages rather than to a one-off fault on LuckyMate.
That leaves every payments question open: which methods pay out, the minimum withdrawal, fees, processing times, any pending period and the documents asked for. The promotions page speaks of "Fair Payout Settlements" and "Fast Payout Deals", but those phrases carry no figure, and we do not treat a slogan as a withdrawal time. The live casino FAQ asks "Are winnings paid out fast?", but its answer was collapsed in our capture.
The practical advice holds at any UK casino and matters more where the rules are not published: verify the account before the first deposit, keep to one payment method in and out, and ask support in writing which methods qualify for the welcome offer before you deposit. We have not withdrawn money from LuckyMate, so the payout criteria stay unassessed.
Support by e-mail at support@luckymate.co.uk, with no hours
Every page we captured ends with the same line: "If you have any questions, please contact us at: support@luckymate.co.uk". We found no live chat, no phone number and no published hours. A contact page is linked in the footer but was not among our captures, so a chat widget behind a login is possible. Our method counts only channels a player can see before signing up. The same address is printed on the promotions page, the live casino page and even the fallback page, so it is at least consistent.
E-mail alone is a slow route when a withdrawal is held or a bonus has been voided. It does leave a written record, which helps if a complaint goes further, and that is the one reason to prefer it even where chat exists. We have not sent a timed query, so the response criteria stay unassessed.
Safer gambling tools named, but no complaint route found
The promotions and live pages between them name deposit limits, cooling-off periods, self-exclusion, reality checks and time-outs, and say that spend can be tracked. None of the settings are described, and the Responsible Gaming page linked in the footer was not captured, so we cannot say how long a time-out runs or whether a limit increase waits. The live page adds its own short guide to playing live tables safely: pick a table whose minimum suits the bankroll, set a stake range and keep to it, and use deposit limits and reality checks, since live tables have no pause button. GAMSTOP is not named on the pages we read. As a UKGC licensee Anakatech must participate, but we did not see that stated here.
No alternative dispute resolution body and no testing house appear on any page we read, and the footer names GambleAware only as an organisation the operator supports. A player with a dispute should first use the operator's complaints process, then the ADR body the operator names in its terms. We could not read those terms, so we do not know which body that is.
Games & studios
The 6 studios LuckyMate names on its own pages. A studio listed here means its games are in the lobby — not which of them, or at what return.
What the operator's own documents say
Every line below was read from LuckyMate's own banking, help and terms pages on 19 September 2026, and each page was stored with a checksum so the reading can be re-checked. Nothing here is our own measurement: it is what the casino publishes about itself, which is a different and weaker kind of evidence.

Who you are actually playing with
A casino brand is not a company. LuckyMate is operated by Anakatech Interactive Limited, and that company — not the brand on the homepage — is the party holding your money, answering a complaint and appearing in the regulator's records. Its oldest active UKGC licence has run since November 2017. Everything the register holds on it — licences, sites, trading names and any regulatory action — is on our Anakatech Interactive Limited register page.
Other sites run by the same company
These 9 domains are registered to Anakatech Interactive Limited in the same register entry. This matters for three practical reasons: a self-exclusion applied by the operator normally covers all of them, your verification documents are usually recognised across them, and a “different casino” offering you a fresh welcome bonus may be the same company you already have an account with.
Sister brands we have reviewed
One other brand in our catalogue is operated by Anakatech Interactive Limited. Their reviews are built from the same register entry and carry the same enforcement record as this page, because a penalty lands on the company rather than on the brand name.
Regulatory action on record
No published Gambling Commission enforcement case is tied to the company behind LuckyMate in the feed we mirror. That is a clean record in the regulator's own published cases — it is not a statement that nothing has ever gone wrong, and it does not cover complaints settled privately or matters still open.

Real money deposited · Withdrawal timed end to end · When documents were demanded · Bonus terms read in full · Library counted in the lobby · RTP compared to the provider default · Live chat timed, three contacts · Twenty minutes on a real handset. None of these has been run at LuckyMate, nothing on this page claims otherwise, and the points they feed leave the total rather than scoring zero. A UK-licensed casino and sportsbook run by Anakatech Interactive Limited, whose footer account number matches a register entry dating from 2017. What we could read is good: 50 bonus spins for £10 of slot bets at 1x wagering with a £100 cap, and a six-studio live lobby with depth in blackjack and baccarat. What we could not read matters more. The banking, withdrawal and verification pages returned "Not Found", support is e-mail only with no hours, and the promotions page calls the offer no-wagering when the banner says 1x. The score rests on a thin set of pages.
