7bet
scored
We publish a welcome offer only after reading its full terms on the operator's own UK page on a recorded date. We have not managed that for 7bet yet, so there is no figure to quote and no link to follow — the rest of the review stands on the licence, the register and the documents we could read.

Pros
Cons
Offer for new players: a sportsbook welcome, no casino bonus
The promotions page opens with a card titled "First Deposit Bonus" and a line about the start of "your 7bet casino experience". The offer under it is not a casino offer. It is the sportsbook welcome: bet £10, get three £10 bonus bets, for new GB customers who deposit £10 or more with a bonus code. The bonus bets are credited in stages, expire seven days after crediting, and the stake is not returned. Apart from two slot prize pools, the rest of the page is sports promotions, from a boosted-odds bet builder to a cricket bonus bet.
For a casino player the sportsbook offer has no use, and its value is lower than the headline suggests even for a bettor. Because the stake of a bonus bet is not returned, a £10 bonus bet that wins at evens pays £10, not £20. We mention it only because the card's casino wording invites the mix-up, and a player who deposits expecting casino funds would find three sports tokens instead.
So there is no casino welcome bonus for us to assess, and the offer criteria stay unassessed rather than scored at zero. That is not bad news for a slots player. A casino that offers no match bonus also attaches no wagering requirement, no maximum bet and no forfeit clause to the first deposit. Deposit, play, and whatever is left in the balance is cash. If you want to compare what a bonus elsewhere is actually worth against playing without one, our wagering calculator does that sum.
The footer links to a "Bonus terms" page and a "User Agreement". Neither was among our captures, so any general rule they set on casino promotions, such as game weighting or the handling of bonus funds, is unread.
The Spice game page points slot players to "our special offer & bonus promotion page" for slot offers. On the day we read that page, 19 September 2026, the only casino items on it were the two prize pools described below.
Bonus prize pools for slot players: Lucky Rush and Drops & Wins
What the casino side does carry is two network prize pools, and 7bet prints their headline terms in full. Lucky Rush has a £5,000,000 prize pool across 250,000 prizes, running from 6 March 2026 to 17 January 2027, on selected slots only. Drops & Wins has a £25,000,000 pool across more than 5,000,000 prizes from 4 March 2026 to 3 March 2027, with a £0.15 minimum bet, 96,900 weekly prizes, seven daily tournaments and a weekly wheel drop, capped at two prizes per player.
The Drops & Wins figures are consistent with each other, which is worth checking rather than assuming. At 96,900 weekly prizes over a year-long run, the weekly draws account for roughly five million prizes, almost the whole of the headline count. Most of that pool is small weekly drops rather than tournament wins.
Numbers of that size read like value, and the division shows why they mostly are not. Five million pounds over 250,000 prizes averages £20 a prize; twenty-five million over five million prizes averages £5. Entering costs nothing extra only in the sense that you were going to play the slot anyway. The £0.15 minimum bet is the useful detail: low-stakes spins on those slots still qualify. The "two prizes per player" clause is also worth reading before chasing a leaderboard, since it limits what any one account can win.
Neither promotion changes the house edge of the games it runs on. Treat them as a side effect of play you had already chosen, not a reason to pick a slot.
Licence register lists 7bet.co.uk as a white-label domain
The footer is detailed. It says 7bet.co.uk is operated by Anakatech Interactive Limited, a Malta company, number 61918, licensed by the Gambling Commission under account 48789 and holding remote operating licence 048789-R-327402-013. It then names the software supplier, Anakatech Limited, a British Virgin Islands company licensed under account 48788 for gambling software and game hosting. Both accounts exist on the register, and the licensee number matches, checked on 16 October 2026. Account 48789 holds three active licences, casino and both general betting classes, the oldest from 23 November 2017.
The detail most readers will miss is how the domain is listed. The register shows ten domains under account 48789. Three are marked Active, and 7bet.co.uk is not one of them. It is among seven marked "White Label", alongside betcrown.co.uk, betfusion.com, betlegend.co.uk, betnero.co.uk, neptuneplay.com and playwins.com. The register does not name the business partner behind a white label. What it does confirm is that the licence 7bet trades under belongs to Anakatech Interactive Limited, and that is the company a complaint, a withdrawal dispute or a regulator's action would be against.
The game pages call 7bet "one the UK's newest casinos". That may be true of the brand. The licence behind it is nearly nine years old, and the company also runs LuckyMate, which we review separately. Because one licensee holds every one of these domains, a self-exclusion or a closed account at 7bet may well carry to the others. Ask support in writing which domains it covers.
The Commission's enforcement feed we mirror, which reaches back to March 2021, holds no published case against the licensee.
Live game-show lobby: 74 titles, stakes from 1p to £5,000
The live page we captured is titled "Live Casino Game Shows". The 7bet menu lists "Live Casino" and "Game Show" as separate items, and we cannot tell which of the two this page is. Its counters read 74 titles in all, 19 wheel games, 15 dice and ball games and 23 roulette tables. The tiles show Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live, with Crazy Time, Funky Time, Monopoly Live, Mega Ball, Lightning Dice, Sweet Bonanza CandyLand and XXXtreme Lightning Roulette among the named titles. The page text adds Ezugi, StakeLogic Live and Playtech Live as suppliers.
This page states a stake range: from £0.01 per round on some dice and ball games, up to £5,000 on certain high-limit roulette tables, with limits shown before you join. A one-penny floor makes these games cheap to try, and the fast pace of game shows means the cost is set by the number of rounds more than by the stake. The page itself says so in its own way, telling players to take breaks and to set limits before starting.
The FAQ on the same page covers the mechanics a first-time player would ask about. Results come from physical wheels, dice and balls rather than a random number generator, winnings are credited to the 7bet balance at the end of each round, and the dealer chat is moderated. What the page does not give is a return-to-player figure for any of the shows. Game shows are built on different pay tables, and without a figure a player has to open each game's rules to find out what it keeps.
The page has no blackjack category, and only one baccarat table appears by name, so if a separate lobby holds the card tables we have not seen it. Seventy-four titles is a floor for the live product, not its size.
Games lobby: one slot page, and RTP left to the game window
Our only capture of the RNG casino is a single game page, NetEnt's Spice, with the bonus-buy feature marked "Not Available". A single game page does not tell us the size of the library or how many studios supply it, and we do not guess either. The library criterion stays unassessed.
The page answers the RTP question in one sentence: after launching a game, open its settings to find "maximum payout, RTP, volatility and other important parameters". It puts the figure one click inside each game, and it means 7bet publishes no RTP figure anywhere a player can compare games without opening them one by one.
Whether slots run in demo mode without an account, the page does not say. It describes real-money play as requiring registration and a deposit, and gives no free-play route.
The same page says the game runs on computer, tablet and phone. That is a claim about the game studio's software rather than about 7bet's site, and our mobile criteria need a real handset and a funded account, so they stay unassessed here.
Withdrawal rules unread: banking, withdrawals and verification all missing
To read the cashier rules we requested /banking, /help/withdrawals and /help/verification on 7bet.co.uk. Each came back with the same content: the heading "Not Found", the line "Could not find requested resource" and a "Return Home" link, followed by the standard footer. The three captures are identical, character for character. They are not banking pages, and we have taken nothing from them.
The footer does link to a "Banking" page, which suggests the real page sits at an address we did not guess. Until we read it, the payment methods, the minimum withdrawal, fees, processing time, any pending period and the documents asked for at verification are all unknown to us. The live page says only that "payment times depend on your chosen withdrawal method", which is true of every casino and tells a player nothing.
None of the payout criteria are scored for 7bet, and the reason is ours, not the casino's. Until the real page is read, the sensible order is to send identity documents as soon as the account is open, fund and withdraw through a single method, and find the banking rules before counting on a payout date.
Support hours on weekdays and weekends, and the safety tools named
Every 7bet page we captured ends with the same contact block: e-mail support@7bet.co.uk, 8am to 11pm Monday to Friday and 10am to 10pm on Saturday and Sunday. That is a clear statement of when someone is at the desk, which more operators should print. It also means nothing is answered between 11pm and 8am on a weekday, and the hours are for e-mail, the slowest channel. Neither live chat nor a phone number appeared anywhere we looked, although a contact page linked from the footer was outside our captures.
The safer-gambling tools are listed in the live lobby FAQ: deposit limits, loss limits and session time reminders set from the account settings, plus self-exclusion and temporary time-outs. The footer links to a Responsible Gaming page and states support for GambleAware. We did not capture the Responsible Gaming page, so the length of a time-out, the delay on raising a limit and any mention of GAMSTOP are unread.
None of the captured pages names a dispute resolution service or a game-testing lab. A player with a dispute here would need both the complaints procedure and the ADR body from the User Agreement, which we have not read either. We have not contacted support, so the response criteria stay unassessed.
Where 7bet sits next to LuckyMate, its sister site
The same licensee runs LuckyMate, and the two sites share a platform, a footer and the same missing banking addresses. They differ in the parts a casino player notices first. LuckyMate has a casino welcome offer, 50 spins at 1x wagering; 7bet has none. LuckyMate prints no support hours; 7bet prints them for every day of the week. The LuckyMate live page we read is a full table lobby with blackjack and baccarat; the 7bet page is built around game shows. And on the register, LuckyMate is an active domain of the licensee while 7bet is a white label.
None of those differences makes one site the safer choice, since both answer to one licensee and one regulator. They do decide which site suits which player. A player who wants a small casino bonus and a deep card-table lobby would start at LuckyMate. A player who wants no bonus conditions at all, low-stakes game shows and a support desk with stated hours would look here first.
Thirty-seven of a hundred points were assessed for 7bet, read on 19 September 2026. The unassessed part is large, and most of it would move once we read the real banking page and the User Agreement. When we do, this page will change, and the change will be dated.
Games & studios
The 5 studios 7bet names on its own pages. A studio listed here means its games are in the lobby — not which of them, or at what return.
What the operator's own documents say
Every line below was read from 7bet's own banking, help and terms pages on 19 September 2026, and each page was stored with a checksum so the reading can be re-checked. Nothing here is our own measurement: it is what the casino publishes about itself, which is a different and weaker kind of evidence.

Who you are actually playing with
A casino brand is not a company. 7bet is operated by Anakatech Interactive Limited, and that company — not the brand on the homepage — is the party holding your money, answering a complaint and appearing in the regulator's records. Its oldest active UKGC licence has run since November 2017. Everything the register holds on it — licences, sites, trading names and any regulatory action — is on our Anakatech Interactive Limited register page.
Other sites run by the same company
These 9 domains are registered to Anakatech Interactive Limited in the same register entry. This matters for three practical reasons: a self-exclusion applied by the operator normally covers all of them, your verification documents are usually recognised across them, and a “different casino” offering you a fresh welcome bonus may be the same company you already have an account with.
Sister brands we have reviewed
One other brand in our catalogue is operated by Anakatech Interactive Limited. Their reviews are built from the same register entry and carry the same enforcement record as this page, because a penalty lands on the company rather than on the brand name.
Regulatory action on record
No published Gambling Commission enforcement case is tied to the company behind 7bet in the feed we mirror. That is a clean record in the regulator's own published cases — it is not a statement that nothing has ever gone wrong, and it does not cover complaints settled privately or matters still open.

Real money deposited · Withdrawal timed end to end · When documents were demanded · Bonus terms read in full · Library counted in the lobby · RTP compared to the provider default · Live chat timed, three contacts · Twenty minutes on a real handset. None of these has been run at 7bet, nothing on this page claims otherwise, and the points they feed leave the total rather than scoring zero. A UK-facing casino and sportsbook trading under Anakatech Interactive Limited's licence, account 48789, where the register lists 7bet.co.uk as a white-label domain rather than an active one. The pages we could read are UK pages, priced in pounds, and they state some things clearly: e-mail support hours, a game-show lobby of 74 titles with stakes from 1p to £5,000, and full headline terms for two slot prize pools. There is no casino welcome offer, and the banking, withdrawal and verification pages we requested did not exist. Most of what a player needs to know before depositing is still unread.
