PartyCasino is the odd one out among the brands on this licence. Coral and Ladbrokes are high-street bookmakers that added a casino; PartyCasino grew out of the online poker boom and has never had a shop. It still sits on exactly the same licence: <strong>LC International Limited</strong>, account 54743, the entity behind fifteen domains and sixteen trading names.
That combination is worth understanding before you sign up. The product decisions — lobby, apps, promotions — come from a team that has always worked online. The account decisions — verification, affordability checks, complaint handling, closure — come from the compliance function that also runs Ladbrokes and Coral.
Two of the things we could confirm point the same way. Support is available around the clock, and there are published apps for both Android and iOS. Neither is universal in this catalogue: several brands here publish no app at all, and several run support on office hours.
What we could not confirm is everything behind the login: minimum withdrawal, fees, processing time, which documents verification wants and when it asks. Those pages did not open for our reader.
The group's enforcement record applies here in full
The £17 million settlement announced in August 2022 was against the licensee, not against a particular brand, and it covered both the online and the land-based sides of the business. It therefore belongs on this page as much as on the Ladbrokes and Coral reviews. The Commission's findings are printed above, unedited.
This is one of the places where our approach differs from most of the market. An affiliate page usually treats enforcement as reputational noise about a competitor brand and leaves it off entirely; where it does appear, it is normally a sentence about "past issues". We mirror the regulator's feed, tie each case to the licensee in the register, and repeat it on every brand that licensee runs.
A fine of that size also has a consequence that works in a player's favour: an operator under a settlement is generally subject to an agreed action plan and an independent audit. The systems that failed are usually the most heavily rebuilt part of the business afterwards.

The rule exists because a score assembled from a quarter of the method flatters unreadable sites and punishes transparent ones: a casino that publishes everything gets measured on all twenty-four criteria and can lose points on any of them, while a casino that publishes nothing would sit on a small handful of easy ones.
The missing block is almost entirely the operator's own documentation: bonus terms, wagering, cash-out caps, library and provider mix, live dealer counts, demo play, withdrawal times, fees, verification, method coverage, mobile behaviour and support response times.
The two we can name as scored zero rather than unassessed are the complaint route and independent testing — we looked, on the pages we could reach, and found neither an ADR provider nor a testing house named. That is a finding about what is published, not a claim that neither exists.
Before you deposit
