Hyper Slots
We publish a welcome offer only after reading its full terms on the operator's own UK page on a recorded date. We have not managed that for Hyper Slots yet, so there is no figure to quote and no link to follow — the rest of the review stands on the licence, the register and the documents we could read.

Licensee notice: Hyper Slots closes on 14 October 2026
Every page of hyperslots.com we captured on 19 September 2026 carried the same banner: "This site will be shutting down on 14th October 2026." We captured the site again on 26 September and the banner was still there, unchanged, while registration and promotions ran as normal. That is the most important fact in this review, and it changes what the rest of it is for. This is less a guide to joining than a guide to leaving cleanly.
The operator behind the brand is Jumpman Gaming Limited, which holds UKGC account 39175, licensed since 1 November 2014 for remote casino and bingo. The footer names that account and it matches the register, checked on 16 October 2026. In our register mirror, hyperslots.com sits among the domains the Commission lists as White Label rather than Active: 18 of the account's domains are marked Active, 131 White Label and 80 Inactive, 229 in all. Hyper Slots is one skin among many on a single platform, and its lobby, help pages and terms matched the two sister sites we reviewed alongside it almost word for word.
That structure is why the closure need not mean lost money. Your contract is with Jumpman, not with the brand, and the terms cover this case directly: the company can close a website indefinitely, and "subject to all due diligence checks being complete, your remaining Real Money balance will be repaid to you in full." Real money, note. Bonus money is never withdrawable, and nothing in the terms turns it into cash because a site closes.
Jumpman Gaming Limited carries a published case: £500,000 of a £675,718 settlement agreed on 17 May 2022, after investigations into social responsibility and anti-money laundering failures. Customer funds are kept in a separate account at the "Not Protected" level; a brand closing is not the same as the company failing, but the protection level is worth knowing while money is on the account.
Withdrawal planning against a fixed deadline
The help pages set out the sequence. A verified account that requests a withdrawal enters a 72-hour pending period; after that the money should arrive within 1-3 working days. The banking terms quote 1-5 working days for the same stage. With a hard closing date, the longer figure is the one to plan around.
Count backwards from Wednesday 14 October using the operator's own numbers. Documents take up to 3 working days to review. The pending period adds three days. Processing can take five working days more. Together that is roughly two and a half working weeks, which means a player who has not yet verified should upload documents today and request the withdrawal by the first day or two of October. A request made on Monday 5 October clears its hold on Thursday 8 October and could still be in transit on the 15th under the 1-5 day wording.
Payments go back to a registered debit card; the account holds up to three. Pay by Mobile, a deposit-only method at £2.50 a deposit, cannot receive a withdrawal. The terms do not mention a withdrawal fee, and they give you the right to take the full real-money balance in one transaction, though extra checks can delay it. We have not made a withdrawal here, so the timed-withdrawal criterion is not assessed.
Watch for one prompt in particular. The site checks for a pending withdrawal when you go to deposit and offers to let you "play with" that money instead. On a site that is closing, accepting it returns cash you were about to take out to a balance with a deadline on it. Declining costs nothing.
One more reason not to leave a balance behind: after 365 days without a login an account turns inactive and is charged £5 every 30 days. Whether that clause would run against a closed brand is not stated. Better not to find out.
Verification documents to have ready now
Identification is required before the first withdrawal is processed. That is stated in the banking terms, and on a site with weeks left it is the step most likely to cause a delay.
The FAQ spells out the set. Photo ID means a passport or driving licence, uploaded with a selfie through a secure link, finished on a phone if you start on a desktop. Proof of address can be done by connecting to your utility company or by uploading a bill dated within 3 months as a JPG, PNG or PDF. Proof of payment is a photo of each registered card, name and last four digits visible, middle eight covered. Rejected documents return any pending withdrawal to your balance within 48 hours, which restarts the clock, so a clear photo in the right upload category saves days.
Two other documents appear on the same help pages, a recent payslip and a bank statement, but they belong to a different process: they are what you send if you want a deposit limit raised. For a player trying to leave, that request is not relevant.
Offer of up to 500 Starburst spins, weeks from closing
The homepage still advertised "Win up to 500 Free Spins on Starburst" on a £10 first deposit, with 10x bonus wagering and conversion capped at lifetime deposits up to £250. The dedicated offer page asked us to log in, so the full terms for this promotion were not read.
The word doing the work in the headline is "up to". Jumpman's terms describe its promotional wheels, reels and chests as games of chance where winning a prize is not guaranteed, and nothing we could read says how many spins a typical £10 deposit produces. A ceiling of 500 tells you nothing about the average.
Even the maximum would be hard to use before the closure. The general policy asks for 10x the bonus won; only bonus bets count, and bonus money is only staked once your cash is gone. A bonus balance is wiped if you have not logged in for 7 days, bonus play is limited to a named list of slots, and withdrawing real money early resets the bonus to zero. Put your own numbers into our wagering calculator, then add the date. For a new player arriving this close to the closing date we see no reason to take the offer at all.
Promotions on this platform also include a Mega Reel, Mega Wheel, Bonus Wheel and Loot Chest. The terms say these can be free or cost "a small fee" taken from your balance, and that a paid play carries the same terms as a free one. The help pages say a Mega Reel bonus needs a £20 deposit, not the £10 minimum the rest of the policy uses. A paid spin on a prize wheel with weeks of site life left is money spent on a chance of a bonus you may not have time to clear.
Since the offer could not be read on a dated page with its terms, the bonus criteria are not assessed.
Games on the Hyper Slots lobby: the network catalogue in neon
Hyper Slots presents itself in pink and purple with an "adrenaline fuelled" pitch about unlocking prizes and badges. Under the paint, the lobby is the Jumpman catalogue. The all-games page we captured had the same 204 tiles in the same order as its two sisters, from Pirots 5 and Big Bass Splash in the spotlight to Starburst, Book of Dead, Rainbow Riches and a long Jackpots row of Fluffy Favourites and similar titles. Its own meta description leans on Starburst and Fluffy Favourites, and those are the names the lobby is built around.
The live casino tab was not readable without logging in, and no live studio is named on any page we read. The visible table section was ten blackjack and roulette games. The terms say the RTP for most games is listed in each game's help screen; we did not open those screens, so we have not seen a figure, and none is published for the casino as a whole.
Bingo is the part of the lobby most tied to the calendar. The 90-ball rooms sell tickets in advance for scheduled games, a game can be voided and stakes returned if too few players buy in, and ticket purchases are final. The Free Bingo room is open only to players who have deposited in the last 7 days, which in practice turns it into a reason to deposit again. With a fixed end date, advance tickets and weekly deposit conditions are both things to avoid.
With the site closing, the library matters less than usual. We have not counted the full catalogue and the library criterion is not assessed.
Support hours and complaints after the site goes
Live chat on the help page runs 9am to 4pm, Monday to Friday. E-mail is answered within 2 business days, and repeat messages on the same subject slow things down. Our dossier had recorded round-the-clock chat, which the page does not support. The only thing available at any hour is the set of safer-gambling tools you apply yourself.
The contact addresses are all at jumpmangaming.com, not at the Hyper Slots domain. That is useful here: support@, complaints@ and safergambling@ belong to the company, so they do not depend on the brand continuing, although the pages do not promise anything about service after 14 October.
A complaint is acknowledged within 48 hours and decided within 8 weeks of the complaints team having what it needs. After that, or at deadlock, UK players can refer the dispute to eCOGRA without charge. The FAQ gives three months from the issue to complain and the terms give six; anyone with a problem from the closure should use the shorter one.
Licence terms on closing an account yourself
A player who would rather not wait for 14 October can close the account now, but the terms attach conditions that are easy to trip over. A closure request is made by e-mail and takes effect 72 hours after support confirms it. Logging in during those 72 hours cancels the request, and you must confirm again. If a withdrawal is in progress, the account stays open until that payment is fully processed, and any deposits or bets made in the meantime count.
The terms are firm that closing an account is not a safer-gambling tool and is not self-exclusion. A closed account can be reopened by e-mail, or with a link sent after you enter your login details on the homepage. If the reason for leaving is that gambling has stopped being fun, use the self-exclusion option on the responsible-gaming page, which cannot be undone during its term, rather than a closure that can be undone in minutes.
The order that works for a player leaving on good terms: upload documents, withdraw the full real-money balance, wait for the money to land, and only then ask for closure. That way nothing is held up by the rule that a closure waits for a pending withdrawal.
Players leaving a closing site often move to a sister site, and this is where the network design matters. A self-exclusion made here is applied to every account you hold with Jumpman Gaming within 24 hours and blocks registration on any Jumpman site for its full term, which is at least 6 months. It survives the closure of the brand you made it on.
A deposit limit does not. The limit you set on Hyper Slots applies to this website only, and it will not follow you to another Jumpman domain; you would need to set it again there. Operator-imposed affordability thresholds are different and do apply across all Jumpman Gaming websites. A "take a break" is also brand-only, from 24 hours up to 6 weeks, and GAMSTOP registration blocks the whole network along with every other British online operator.
Where Hyper Slots lands
This brand is ending. The licensee is long-standing and clean in the enforcement feed we mirror, the closure is announced openly, and the terms commit to repaying real-money balances. Those are the things a departing player needs.
What stands in the way of a quick exit is the platform's own timing: document review, a 72-hour hold and up to five working days of processing. Start now, and leave the 500-spin offer alone.
The score reflects forty-two points we could check on 26 September 2026; the criteria that need a funded account are left out rather than guessed.
Games & studios
The 1 studio Hyper Slots names on its own pages. A studio listed here means its games are in the lobby — not which of them, or at what return.
What the operator's own documents say
Every line below was read from Hyper Slots's own banking, help and terms pages on 26 September 2026, and each page was stored with a checksum so the reading can be re-checked. Nothing here is our own measurement: it is what the casino publishes about itself, which is a different and weaker kind of evidence.

Who you are actually playing with
A casino brand is not a company. Hyper Slots is operated by Jumpman Gaming Limited, and that company — not the brand on the homepage — is the party holding your money, answering a complaint and appearing in the regulator's records. Its oldest active UKGC licence has run since November 2014. Everything the register holds on it — licences, sites, trading names and any regulatory action — is on our Jumpman Gaming Limited register page.
Other sites run by the same company
These 230 domains are registered to Jumpman Gaming Limited in the same register entry. This matters for three practical reasons: a self-exclusion applied by the operator normally covers all of them, your verification documents are usually recognised across them, and a “different casino” offering you a fresh welcome bonus may be the same company you already have an account with.
Sister brands we have reviewed
2 other brands in our catalogue are operated by Jumpman Gaming Limited. Their reviews are built from the same register entry and carry the same enforcement record as this page, because a penalty lands on the company rather than on the brand name.
Regulatory action on record
The Gambling Commission publishes the action it takes against its licensees: fines, regulatory settlements and licence suspensions. Below is every published statement we can tie to the company behind Hyper Slots, or to this site by name — not an allegation from a forum, and not our opinion, but a regulator's own record of what it found and what it cost. A fine is not automatically a reason to avoid a casino: what matters is what it was for and whether the same failure could reach your money.

Cases are tied to an operator through the licensee company named in the register, so a case may cover sister brands run by the same company; a statement that names this website under an earlier licensee is listed too, against the company it was made against. Where a statement divides a sum between several licensees, the figure here is the share of the licensee behind this site.

Real money deposited · Withdrawal timed end to end · When documents were demanded · Bonus terms read in full · Library counted in the lobby · RTP compared to the provider default · Live chat timed, three contacts · Twenty minutes on a real handset. None of these has been run at Hyper Slots, nothing on this page claims otherwise, and the points they feed leave the total rather than scoring zero. Hyper Slots closes on 14 October 2026, and that decides how to use this review. The licensee, Jumpman Gaming Limited, account 39175, has been licensed since 2014, agreed a £500,000 regulatory settlement in May 2022, and its terms promise to repay real-money balances in full when a site closes. The obstacle is time. Verification takes up to 3 working days, every withdrawal is held for 72 hours, and processing is quoted at up to 5 working days. Verify and withdraw before October begins, and skip the 500-spin welcome offer.
