PokerStars Casino
We publish a welcome offer only after reading its full terms on the operator's own UK page on a recorded date. We have not managed that for PokerStars Casino yet, so there is no figure to quote and no link to follow — the rest of the review stands on the licence, the register and the documents we could read.

Pros
Cons
A poker room with a separate casino section, and its own live tables
pokerstars.uk is best known for its poker room, and the domain still leads with poker navigation, tournaments and the WCOOP/Power Path branding. This review is about the /casino section specifically — a separate product with its own slots, table games and live dealer floor, reachable from the "Casino" tab rather than the poker lobby. The two share a login, a licence and a loyalty scheme, but the games, terms and offers are not the same.
The live casino page we captured on 26 September 2026 lists 26 distinct tables. Most striking is that PokerStars runs several tables under its own name rather than only reselling a studio's feed: Live PokerStars Roulette at a £5–15,000 range, and twelve numbered Live PokerStars Blackjack tables from £5 up to £50 minimum. Alongside those sit familiar game-show formats — Crazy Time, Dream Catcher, Funky Time, Monopoly Roulette, Deal or No Deal — with stakes published from as little as £0.01 on Mega Ball up to a £15,000 table limit on the PokerStars-branded tables.
The studio names behind the third-party tables are not printed on the page itself, so we count what is shown — game names and stakes — rather than guess a supplier list. Our live-casino criterion is capped short of full marks until a studio count is confirmed from inside a funded account, which we have not opened.
No headline welcome offer: bonuses are personalised after the fact
Most of the operators in this catalogue lead with a number: a percentage match, a free-spin count, a capped amount. PokerStars Casino does not. The promotions hub links to a set of mechanics — Instant Bonus, Free Spins, Redemption Points, Treasure Rooms, Bonus Games, Casino Stacks — rather than to one offer with terms attached.
The Casino Instant Bonus page explains how the mechanic works using a worked example rather than a real figure: a bonus package can be part "Bonus Amount" and part "Contributed Amount", in the same ratio as the original offer, and it converts to cash once a points target set for that specific bonus is cleared. The page is explicit that "the number of redemption points you need to earn... will be displayed when the bonus is offered" — in other words, the size and the wagering are set per account and shown only after the site has already decided what to offer a given player.
That is not a red flag by itself — personalised bonusing is common in poker-first brands — but it means there is nothing published for us to score, or for a new customer to compare against a competitor's advertised percentage, before registering. None of our four bonus criteria are assessed here, and none of them counts against the brand for it: we score what is publicly stated, and nothing here is.
Games: PokerStars-exclusive slots next to the newest Pragmatic Play releases
The casino homepage does not print a total game count, so we do not quote one. What it does show is a catalogue built in two layers. One layer is exclusive to the brand: Tower Of Atlantis, Primal Blitz, Stars Crazy Wheels and Big Blue Bounty are all marked "Exclusive" on the tiles. The other is a mainstream feed led by Pragmatic Play, running current titles such as Gates of Olympus 1000, Sweet Bonanza 1000, Big Bass Bonanza and Sugar Rush 1000 alongside older classics like Book of Dead and Big Bass Splash.
Table games follow the same RNG-and-live split as the live floor: blackjack and roulette are each offered as ordinary RNG games and as live-dealt tables, which the site's own casino guide explains in plain terms — RNG games use a software algorithm, live games use a dealer on camera, and "no RNG is involved" in the live format.
No per-game RTP figure is published on any page we captured, so the transparency criterion for return-to-player scores zero, in line with how we score every other brand that names RTP as a concept without printing a number for its own games.
Verification: a detailed document list, but no promise of when it is asked for
The KYC article is one of the more thorough we have read. For identity, it accepts a passport, driving licence, national ID card or armed forces ID card. For address, it accepts a utility bill or bank/credit card statement no older than three months, a tenancy agreement, an employer or government letter, or an insurance certificate. Image rules are specific: all four corners visible, unedited, un-cropped, with full name, dates and (for address documents) the current address readable.
The same page also describes Source of Wealth and Source of Funds checks — "how your total wealth was accumulated" and "where your deposited money comes from" — and says a card document should show only the first six and last four digits, never the back of the card.
What the page does not do is commit to a stage. Its own words are that verification "may require you to submit documents and can happen at any stage." Our method treats that sentence as the least favourable timing pattern: documents listed in advance are worth nothing if the site reserves the right to ask for them only once a withdrawal is already queued. Nine document types listed is real detail; "at any stage" is why the timing criterion still scores zero.
Withdrawals and payments: an honest "it varies", but nothing to publish against
The withdrawal article walks through the steps — open the Cashier, choose Withdraw, pick a method, confirm — and explains that the system may auto-assign a method if it was used for a deposit in the last 12 months. What it does not give is a number. The general terms say processing times "vary according to the type of payment method used" and that the company "can’t guarantee the amount of time needed to complete processing", filing it under events "Beyond Our Control." That is a franker sentence than most operators print, but it still leaves our payout-speed criterion unscored.
The banking article is the same story: "Deposit and withdrawal options will vary depending on your country," with a link to a live method list that only resolves once you are logged in. We did not open an account, so no method, minimum deposit or minimum withdrawal is published anywhere we could read.
Licensee, parent group and where a complaint goes
The footer names Stars Interactive Limited of Douglas Bay Complex, King Edward Road, Onchan, Isle of Man, licensed by the Gambling Commission under account 39108, with the register accessible directly from a link on the responsible-gambling page. Copyright lines add Rational Intellectual Holdings Limited, the group that owns PokerStars and sits inside Flutter Entertainment — the same parent as Paddy Power and Sky Betting brands elsewhere in this catalogue.
A complaint goes to PokerStars’ own support first. If it is not resolved within 8 weeks, the terms name IBAS as a free third-party adjudicator and link to its site. Clause 21 also sets a general compensation cap of GBP 5,000 for the company’s own errors — that is a liability limit on mistakes the operator makes, not a cap on ordinary game winnings, and the same clause carves out an exception for money a player is legally owed.
Responsible-gambling tools are the standard UK set — deposit limits, time-outs, self-exclusion, account closure — plus GAMSTOP, and links to GamCare, BeGambleAware, Gambling Therapy and Take Time to Think. The only round-the-clock phone line and live chat in any page we captured belong to GamCare’s National Gambling Helpline, not to PokerStars’ own support desk, which is not named on any page we read.
What the operator's own documents say
Every line below was read from PokerStars Casino's own banking, help and terms pages on 26 September 2026, and each page was stored with a checksum so the reading can be re-checked. Nothing here is our own measurement: it is what the casino publishes about itself, which is a different and weaker kind of evidence.

Who you are actually playing with
A casino brand is not a company. PokerStars Casino is operated by Stars Interactive Limited, and that company — not the brand on the homepage — is the party holding your money, answering a complaint and appearing in the regulator's records. Its oldest active UKGC licence has run since November 2014. Everything the register holds on it — licences, sites, trading names and any regulatory action — is on our Stars Interactive Limited register page.
Other sites run by the same company
These 5 domains are registered to Stars Interactive Limited in the same register entry. This matters for three practical reasons: a self-exclusion applied by the operator normally covers all of them, your verification documents are usually recognised across them, and a “different casino” offering you a fresh welcome bonus may be the same company you already have an account with.
Trading names on the same licence
Names Stars Interactive Limited has registered with the regulator. A name missing from this list is not proof of anything — operators only have to register the ones they trade under — but a name that is here can be tied to this licence.
Regulatory action on record
No published Gambling Commission enforcement case is tied to the company behind PokerStars Casino in the feed we mirror. That is a clean record in the regulator's own published cases — it is not a statement that nothing has ever gone wrong, and it does not cover complaints settled privately or matters still open.

Real money deposited · Withdrawal timed end to end · When documents were demanded · Bonus terms read in full · Library counted in the lobby · RTP compared to the provider default · Live chat timed, three contacts · Twenty minutes on a real handset. None of these has been run at PokerStars Casino, nothing on this page claims otherwise, and the points they feed leave the total rather than scoring zero. What each one involves, and what it would produce, is in the protocol.

A long-established, clearly licensed brand (UKGC account 39108, checked 16 October 2026) with a real casino product behind the poker room: its own branded live tables, exclusive slots next to current Pragmatic Play releases, and a thorough document list for verification. What is missing is anything to compare before joining. There is no fixed welcome offer, no published withdrawal timeframe, no payment method list without logging in, and the site's own wording puts document requests at "any stage" rather than a fixed point. The result is a brand that reads as legitimate but tells a prospective player very little before they register — 45 of our 100 criteria could be assessed at all.
