Softquo Holding Limited
Softquo Holding Limited is licensed to build or host casino games for British sites, not to run one — a game host "does not contract directly with any of the customers who play the casino games" (how the register splits the three). On the register it trades as Golden Race. Its oldest active licence dates from August 2018.
What this licence lets the company do
Betting Host (Virtual Events)
hosts betting markets offered under another operator's brand
Gambling Software
manufactures, supplies, installs or adapts gambling software
Game Host (Bingo)
hosts bingo games played through another operator's site or app
Game Host (Casino)
provides the casino games themselves, reachable only through another operator's site or app
None of these lets the company take a deposit. Definitions: Remote casino game host operating licence.
