Players who have previously been told they are not entitled to bonuses cannot take part, and if such a player does take part "as the result of an error, we will remove any bonus and associated winnings" — a reversal that depends on a history the player may not have been told about in writing. And where crediting goes wrong, the operator allows itself up to 72 hours to complete it, so an offer that has not appeared is not evidence that it will not.

What Grosvenor does not publish here is a maximum bet. No stake limit appears anywhere on the offer page. If a limit exists elsewhere in the site's terms, it is not on the page that sells the offer; if none exists, the page does not say so. The general terms contain the shortest deadline in this catalogue for a dispute about play. A complaint has to be raised "as soon as possible and in any case within six (6) months of the relevant incident", and the operator may reject one raised later, but "any complaint relating specifically to the functionality or settlement of a game or wager must be raised within seven (7) days", the reason given being the accessibility of technical logs. A player who disputes how a spin was settled has a week.

The money terms are more favourable than at several operators read for this catalogue. The terms say "We never charge fees on withdrawals", that a bank transfer goes only to an account in the player's name held in a permitted jurisdiction, and that a first bank transfer needs a statement showing the name, address, sort code and account number. A payment method can be removed only when "the net deposit (deposits less withdrawals) on all payment methods is zero or less".
