Lottomart's Prize Wheel has 6 prizes, and the offer terms print every one of them: 10, 20, 30, 50, 100 or 500 free spins, each worth £0.10 a spin and each tied to a different slot. What the terms do not print is the chance of landing any of them. The only sentence on the subject says that "individual reward probabilities can vary and rewards will be awarded at random". The banner's "up to 500 free spins" is therefore the top of a list whose bottom is 10 spins, with nothing published about how often a new customer finishes at either end.

The price of that single turn of the wheel is £10 staked in cash on slots, after opting in. Set against that stake, the smallest prize is a tenth of it in spin value, the 100-spin prize equals it, and only the 500-spin prize exceeds it. Whatever the spins return is not tied to wagering: the terms say the rewards "are Free Spins which have no wagering requirements attached", and the short version on the promotions page says winnings are credited as cash. No cap on those winnings is stated in either place, which is a gap in what is published rather than an assurance that there is none. The only ceiling in Lottomart's general terms is site-wide and not specific to this offer: a maximum daily win from games and scratch cards of "GBP/EUR 250,000".

The line of terms under the banner allows 4 days without saying from when, and the clock starts earlier than a new customer might assume. The wheel "will be issued at the point of account registration", and it "must be qualified for, used and subsequent rewards claimed within 4 days from the point of issue". Those 4 days therefore run from sign-up, not from the first deposit or the first bet, and they have to hold the opt-in, the £10 of slot stakes, the turn of the wheel and the claim. After that the spins "must be used within 24 hours of being claimed"; any left over are revoked and carry "no equivalent cash value".

The order of the steps matters as much as the deadline. The terms state that "any cash bets made prior to opting in will not count towards qualification, nor will stakes that are not placed on slots", so £10 played before the opt-in earns no turn of the wheel. The offer is also narrower than the home page makes it sound. The terms describe it as available to new customers "who have been invited to participate" and who have not yet made a deposit or a purchase, and they tell the reader to go ahead only if the offer appears in the My Promotions area of the account. Who counts as invited is not explained. A claim by another person in the same household is listed among the prohibited actions unless support has been asked first.

A further gap sits in the part of the terms that deals with breaches. Where Lottomart suspects a prohibited action, it says it will freeze the account and withhold winnings while it investigates. Where the investigation goes against the player, the terms announce "the following remedial actions" and then list none: the next line reads "(collectively the “Remedial Actions”)". As published, the penalties attached to this offer are a heading without a list. Together with the missing odds, that leaves 2 things a player cannot price before staking the £10: what the wheel is likely to award, and what a disputed claim would cost.

Each prize carries its own game, and the player does not choose it. The terms tie 10 spins to Eye of Horus, 20 to Fishin' Frenzy Even Bigger Fish, 30 to The Goonies Quest For Treasure 3, 50 to King Kong Splash, 100 to Big Cat Gold and 500 to Fishin' Frenzy Lure 'Em In. So the wheel decides both how many spins arrive and which slot they must be played on, and the general site terms confirm that free spins "can only be used on the Game stated in the relevant Promotional Terms". None of the 6 games is in our games catalogue, which means we hold no studio-published return figure for any of them: the one number that would let a player value a spin before taking it is not something we can supply here either.

The marketing copy on the same promotions page disagrees with the terms printed beneath it, in both directions. One block states that the welcome offer "is available on all 4,000+ slots without limits or restrictions" — true of the £10 that qualifies, and the opposite of true for the reward, which is locked to a single named game. Another block promises "a validity period of seven days on our new player offers" while the terms line on that same page allows 4 days, and the full terms start those 4 days at registration. A player who takes the longer figure from the sales copy has lost the offer before the deadline they believe they have.

The restrictions include 2 that catch honest players rather than schemes. Using "a proxy or VPN to mask your true location or IP" is a prohibited action, which matters because privacy tools are ordinary software and the clause makes no allowance for one running by default. And a qualifying deposit that is "cancelled, refused, or charged back by a payment processor" voids the offer, so a card refusal after the wheel has been spun undoes what it awarded. The offer is open only to new customers in the UK, the Crown Dependencies and Gibraltar, and not at all to anyone "previously been excluded from participating in any other offers" — a disqualification that rests on the operator's own history of the account rather than on anything the player can look up.

Dormancy rules are specific and have consequences for an unused welcome prize. An account is dormant if in a continuous period of 12 months it has had no valid deposit, no valid withdrawal and no bet, wager, use of diamonds or other purchase. The operator then tries to refund the cash balance, voids pending game wagers and un-scratched cards and unused free spins (returning any cash used), expires any active or pending bonuses, sets the bonus balance to zero, and removes diamonds and the diamond tier. If the account is still dormant by the first day of the following month a monthly administrative fee is charged of "the greater of 2% of your Cash Balance or £1", and a balance below £1 is reduced to zero. The operator undertakes to try to contact the player at least 30 days before dormancy, and to refund fees on request.

Withdrawals are conditional on a list: payments cleared and not charged back, the name on the card or payment method matching the account, verification checks completed, no withdrawal limits imposed by the payment provider that would prevent completion, no active or pending bonus that restricts withdrawal, and no ongoing investigation into an error, interruption or malfunction or into a suspected prohibited activity. A withdrawal request cannot be reversed once it has been made, and money is returned to the card or method used to deposit in a "closed loop" manner. A withdrawal below the minimum may be charged a processing fee, though the minimum does not apply when the account is being closed. Winnings may be paid, at the operator's sole option, "in any currency that it may from time to time determine".

There is a ceiling on what a player can win in a day. Cumulative winnings from games and scratch cards in a single day are limited to 250,000 in the account currency, without the stake added, "regardless of the fact that the bets that you place ... may indicate that you have the opportunity to win or have won more". The limit does not apply to progressive jackpot games or to lottery bets. For a prize wheel whose largest reward is 500 spins at 10p, the daily limit is not the term that decides what the offer pays, but it is the only ceiling the general terms print.

Closure and suspension follow the usual pattern with notice given "reasonably in advance" except where a prohibited activity is suspected. During a suspension funds cannot be accessed or withdrawn, and on closure the operator may withhold or recover deposits, pay-outs, bonuses and winnings connected to a prohibited activity, and need not refund money where illegal activity is involved.

Complaints are to be raised "within six months of the date of the incident" by email, with the customer's details, date and incident. The operator acknowledges within 24 hours, aims to resolve within 8 weeks and, if it cannot, writes with a final response that either resolves the complaint or confirms a deadlock. An unresolved complaint can then go to IBAS at no charge. Separately, every account is enrolled in a loyalty scheme with 5 tiers whose diamonds cannot be withdrawn and "will expire" if there is no deposit, withdrawal, bet or diamond transaction for a continuous 90 days.
